Mentri Besar Datuk Ismail Lasim left Istana Hinggap following an audience with the Yang di-Pertuan Besar of Negri Sembilan, Tuanku Muhriz Tuanku Munawir.
Ismail, who had arrived three hours earlier for an audience with the state ruler to propose ways to resolve the customary and constitutional crisis in the state, slipped past reporters by departing through the palace's back entrance at around 1.45pm on Tuesday (Sept 29).
