00:00Good day listeners, you're tuned in to Milton and Hugo and today we have a very special guest
00:05joining us to share their inspiring story in author focus. My name is Jennifer Shabib and
00:12I am the author of Rainbow Baby. This is a memoir about my journey through infertility,
00:25pregnancy loss, and ultimately becoming a mom at the age of 47.
00:35After seven rounds of IVF, two miscarriages, and a failed adoption, I really wanted to share my
00:42story of resilience, hope, and the unexpected paths that can lead us to our greatest blessings.
00:55After everything I went through, I really felt called to share my story. I published Rainbow
01:00Baby to remind others that they're not alone and that hope can exist even in the hardest seasons.
01:06Fertility is not a subject that's talked about broadly, so I really wanted to make sure that
01:12readers could see that difficult chapters don't have to define the entire story. That even though
01:18through loss and uncertainty, hope can remain and unexpected journeys can still lead to beautiful
01:23destinations. My inspiration for writing this book comes with my own experiences along with stories from
01:37others who have faced challenges of courage and resilience themselves. I write to create connection
01:44and remind people that they're not alone. My book Rainbow Baby is available on my publisher's website,
01:56Milton and Hugo, as well as Amazon and Barnes and Noble.
01:59I'll see you next time.
02:01Bye.
