00:29places face the same challenges, right? They need to be well educated, they need to be healthy, right? So we
00:35need to make sure children here are immunized, that they get early childhood education, that they get a decent education,
00:42that they can move into some sort of skills.
00:59You know, I would say in every place where UNICEF is working, we are feeling tremendous pressure on the resource
01:07side. And I think that's because the development community is cutting back and that's worrisome for us.
01:12Here, as I said, we see real potential. We need to make sure donors come to the table, bring resources,
01:18support the government so the government can get systems in place to support children.
01:22And I think we all have to push hard for that. I understand that the resources are limited everywhere, but
01:28we're working with all governments, with the private sector, with the international development banks to try to mobilize as much
01:34in the way of resources as we can.
