00:00uh we also saw a couple of injuries last night right roman anthony i think left that game for
00:05the red sox with a hand injury right uh so doubtful he is now uh gonna be there actually
00:13he was removed from the roster apparently yeah he's finished all together yeah he's not allowed
00:19to play in the next series was that the injury he had during the season as well or was that
00:24a new
00:24one nope same one same one yep so curtis mead the guy who they made that trade for is now
00:31on their
00:31roster which is interesting um you know mead was was yeah mead they traded with washington they
00:37traded connelly earlier and it was it was like that one for one trade and then mead played one
00:41game and got hurt or got hit yes and and and who knows maybe now he becomes a factor there
00:46but yeah
00:46the rules in baseball is that if you get removed for an injury in one series and you can't play
00:51in
00:51the next one so uh but but by the way roman anthony roman anthony's played his last game of the
00:55season that's it yeah obviously right yeah i yeah i mean they tried to get him back i mean he
01:02was
01:02really good on his rehab assignments and everything there but you know it kind of makes you wonder
01:06here joe that like there was a lot of talk that like why isn't anthony back why isn't he back
01:11they
01:11waited so long remember that kid mickey gasper was playing so well yes and so guard and they didn't
01:16and they didn't want to bring him back and they were like oh what's he doing why is he still
01:19in the
01:19minors maybe he just never was 100 healthy yep no uh and i think that was pretty much what you
01:27saw
01:27there because it didn't take i think he had one at bat uh at all and then that was the
01:31end of that
01:32so and schlittler's not a guy i'd want to be swinging against that you know 99 100 miles an hour
01:37with a
01:37bad hand so that was uh not good uh i think contraria didn't look great either that was his first
01:44game
01:44back for the red sox uh i think he was 0 for 4 as well so they uh they're gonna
01:49have their work cut
01:50out for him here tonight to try and stave off elimination
01:53invasion
01:53you
