00:07Then, now, forever, together.
00:32Hey, Evolve. Look up in the sky. Is it a bird? Is it a plane? Uh-uh, dummies. It's Itzgal.
00:44Big Daddy Red has been peck-flying high after Itzgal saved the day for ID 1.0. It's safe
00:51to say that there's a new hero in town. So send up the LAT signal. Call me LAT man, because
00:58all Itzgal needs to rise to new heights is these giant extendable wings. Harley, I heard
01:07you talk big game, but those abs ain't in the frame. Tonight, the ferocious stud is soaring
01:13through succession after Itzgal takes care of Harley Riggins and becomes the number one contender
01:20for the Evolve Championship. Harley, you call yourself the big rig. You're legit, dude. Itzgal
01:27appreciates size and power, but what good is a big rig when it runs out of gasoline? This
01:33big red machine never runs out of steam. Itzgal has been on a long-haul journey to the top of
01:40Evolve since day one. Championship destiny is Itzgal's destination. Tonight, Harley Riggins
01:48I'm parking your ass in the junkyard. Oh, yeah.
02:18It's another huge week on Tubi. Tonight in our main event, we find out who meets Harlem
02:22Lewis for the Evolve Championship at Succession 4.
02:26The falling contest is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, from Atlanta, Georgia,
02:33weighing 234 pounds, Elisha Holyfield!
02:40Yeah, the action started tonight with the real deal Elijah Holyfield. Blake Howard alongside
02:45the general manager of NXT, Robert Stone. A big night on the horizon. We will find out
02:50who meets Harlem Lewis for the Evolve Championship at Succession. But right now, Elijah Holyfield,
02:55he is some beef with his opponent tonight. Yeah, and his hands are rated E, which meets there for
02:59everyone. And I gotta say, look, when I used to wrestle, I'd get pumped up before my entrance,
03:03but there's just something different about when Elijah steps through the curtain. You just have a different feel.
03:12Certainly an Auron mystique surrounding the real deal.
03:24And his opponent, from Goffstown, New Hampshire, weighing 240 pounds,
03:31Braxton Cole!
03:33And Rob, I can't help but take a look at Braxton Cole's face.
03:36Bit of a smile coming into this matchup. If you know you're about to stand across the ring from
03:39Elijah Holyfield, would you have that kind of demeanor?
03:41Yeah, because he knows Elijah is a rising star, and that's why he wanted this match.
03:46He thinks he's going to win, and he feels a win over Elijah is going to bring him to a
03:49different
03:50level here in Evolve.
03:51He said Holyfield's a future top dog, and that's, of course, made him the target
03:55here tonight as Braxton Cole get the Evolve Universe whipped into a frenzy.
03:59And that's one thing we've seen from Braxton Cole ever since his arrival here on Wednesday nights.
04:04Whether it's the superstars, whether it's the fans, whoever it might be, getting under the skin
04:08of everyone around him.
04:10Yeah, I mean, you know, he's simply superior to the rest.
04:14He thinks he's the best.
04:15You know, he spends his days on the golf course.
04:17He's a winner, Blake.
04:19I mean, come on.
04:20It's a winner!
04:21The Evolve Universe might have a different name for him.
04:23Maybe.
04:25As the bell sounds were officially underway right here, huge night once again.
04:28We will see Harley Riggins.
04:29It's Gall meeting later on for the opportunity to take on Harlem Lewis for the Evolve Championship at Succession 4.
04:38That's one thing you might not want to do.
04:39Turn your back on Elijah Holyfield.
04:41Now starting to pepper Braxton Cole here with a series of jabs.
04:45And, of course, we saw Holyfield in some big encounters thus far here in Evolve.
04:53And thus far, Rob, throughout his early portion of his career here, he has gone through a bit of adversity.
04:58He absolutely has, but you know what?
04:59He's been fighting it and doing a great job fighting it because he keeps showing up.
05:03And, you know, you were earlier talking about his hands.
05:05His hands are fast and brutally accurate.
05:08So if he catches Braxton with the right shot, it's a knockout blow.
05:12We're talking about fighting it.
05:13Of course, Braxton Cole in that no-DQ match with Harlem Lewis several weeks back.
05:17You have to wonder, did Braxton Cole learn anything from that encounter with Harlem Lewis?
05:20But seeing right here what we've seen him do to Elijah Holyfield, I'm not quite sure.
05:24Here's the thing.
05:25When you're this early in your career, you learn something in every match you're in.
05:29Whether you realize it or not, because experience works wonders.
05:32But he's a smart guy.
05:33He's sharp.
05:34He's gifted.
05:34He's brainy.
05:35He knows what he's doing.
05:36Look, I've got to give him props.
05:37How smart was it was to pick a fight with Elijah?
05:40Because look, he got himself a match here on a Wednesday night.
05:42Well, he's picked a fight with Holyfield, but the question is why is he still picking on Marcus Mathers?
05:46Because that's the thing.
05:47Guys like that, they want to pick on everybody.
05:50That's Holyfield right now looking to get back in this match.
05:53Look at the athleticism right there.
05:54That vertical leap of the former Georgia Bulldog and NFL running back.
05:58And Holyfield, of course, coming with that world-class pedigree.
06:02Powerful too.
06:03And Elijah looking to control the pace right here.
06:08Big Sledge takes down Braxton Cole.
06:12And Rob, of course, when you have the type of pedigree Elijah Holyfield does.
06:15A lot of pressure.
06:16Live up to that, Nate.
06:17Yeah, I mean, he's got fighting in his blood.
06:20And right there, he just got a rope to his throat.
06:23And Braxton Cole taking full advantage right now.
06:26Braxton Cole very well could be trying to use Elijah Holyfield to simply boost his own career.
06:29And remember, he's very dangerous when he gets in control.
06:32Think about it.
06:32You brought up Mathers earlier.
06:33Think about what he did to Mathers.
06:35Ivy League brain heavyweight damage.
06:37Exactly.
06:37Of course, coming.
06:39Oh!
06:43Big leg drop right there.
06:44Only gets one.
06:45You've got to remember right now, he's working on Elijah's neck.
06:48And the neck stabilizes the body.
06:49So Elijah's balance and strength are suffering right now.
06:53He might have tingling numbness down his arm.
06:55You can see the Evolved Universe trying to get in the head here of Braxton Cole.
06:58And right now, he needs to keep his eyes focused on the prize.
07:00You don't want to give Elijah Holyfield any room to breathe.
07:04Absolutely not.
07:05But again, if you're working on his neck and you're taking away the power in his arms, that might take
07:09away his knockout blow.
07:11Neck breaker right there by Braxton Cole.
07:13Maybe mistake not going for the cover right now.
07:15Yeah, but Elijah looks dizzy.
07:17He might be having muscle spasms down his body right now.
07:20Weakness in his arms and hands.
07:21Running into that defensive line.
07:24Trying to hit that seam.
07:26As Braxton Cole right now.
07:28Looking to take full advantage.
07:29Oh, look at it.
07:30Look at the power there blocking it.
07:32As Holyfield trying to almost bench press Braxton Cole up.
07:35It worked for a second.
07:37Put some tension off right there.
07:38But Braxton Cole looking to take full advantage.
07:42Right across the throat there of Elijah.
07:44And now Cole looking to end things right now into the cover.
07:49And Holyfield able to hang on.
07:51And Rob, once again, just two weeks here before Succession 4.
07:54You know, all the stars are out really trying to show Foreman Thatcher what they got.
07:58Trying to make their way to Succession in just two weeks on Tuesday.
08:00Yeah, it's Succession season, so everybody's trying to step up their game.
08:03And it's your goal to be on a show like that.
08:06You go back nearly one year to Succession 1.
08:08Of course, a lot going down there.
08:10We saw a bull rope match.
08:12Of course, the Evolve Women's Championship changed hands.
08:14And right now, Braxton Cole, Elijah Holyfield, two stars.
08:17Looking to move up the ranks and make their own mark on an event like Succession.
08:21But what a great job Braxton is doing right now.
08:23He's got Elijah right in the middle of the ring.
08:26Stabilizing him where he can't get to the ropes.
08:28They're a far distance away.
08:30Perfect play out.
08:31And we know Elijah Holyfield.
08:34Has gone by any means necessary.
08:36Trying to get his hands here on Braxton Cole.
08:38Even said to Marcus Mathers, no issues with Mathers.
08:40But if he gets in the way, he very well could get lights out too.
08:43Yeah, I mean, there's no reason to make any friends at this point in his career.
08:47As Holyfield.
08:49Ducks underneath the clothesline.
08:50And just explodes right through the Goffstown, New Hampshire native.
08:55With that shoulder tackle.
08:57And now Holyfield out of the corner with a bulldog.
08:59Well, fighting is in his blood.
09:00He's fighting back right now.
09:02And Elijah picking up some momentum.
09:05Going to send Cole all the way to the floor.
09:14And now Elijah going to follow in pursuit right here.
09:17What's he thinking?
09:17You can't win a match on the outside of the ring.
09:19And Holyfield going for it all.
09:22And that shoulder running right into the ring post.
09:24One, two, three.
09:26That could be the opening that Braxton Cole was looking for.
09:32And now Cole very well could use a huge win right now.
09:35Braxton might be able to seal the deal on this thing.
09:37Wait a second.
09:37There's Marcus Mathers.
09:40As Mathers out here.
09:42And he gets caught.
09:44As Holyfield unleashes the beast right there.
09:47Mathers.
09:48And Braxton Cole now trying to take advantage.
09:50Once again, Marcus Mathers, wrong place, wrong time.
09:52Yeah.
09:53I mean, that's what it is.
09:54But you've got to handle that business in the locker room.
09:57Not while a match is going on.
09:59And now Braxton Cole going to go find that trusty steel chair.
10:04Oh!
10:05And Holyfield with a counter.
10:08Just popped that chair right into the face of Braxton Cole.
10:12Referee Derek Sanders turns around here, Rob.
10:14Holyfield's holding the chair.
10:15Oh, come on.
10:16Wait.
10:17He doesn't actually.
10:18No.
10:19No.
10:21Here's your winner by disqualification.
10:24Braxton Cole.
10:28Certainly not how Elijah Holyfield envisioned this match ending.
10:33As Braxton Cole essentially going to steal this one.
10:40Weeks of tension between Elijah Holyfield and Braxton Cole finally boiled over.
10:46And Marcus Mathers only added fuel to the fire.
10:49But when Braxton's plan with the chair backfired,
10:52Elijah was left holding the evidence,
10:54giving Cole the escape he needed by disqualification.
11:05Very unfortunate there for Elijah Holyfield.
11:09As the Ivy League brain staying one step ahead of Elijah Holyfield here tonight.
11:20We welcome you live to the Big Easy, Bourbon Street, New Orleans.
11:28What on earth are we going to see?
11:31The opportunity of a lifetime.
11:34You've got to be kidding me.
11:37Thanks, ladies and gentlemen.
11:39It is what money in the bank is all about.
11:51Starting the show used to mean something, man.
11:53And now we've got It's Gal whining, moaning and complaining,
11:56calling me a bully, a bad guy, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
11:59It pisses me off thinking that you could wear a title around here, man.
12:02The big rig is locked and loaded.
12:04And I'll cool your ass off for good tonight, gal.
12:07And Harlem, you better be ready.
12:09Cuz I'm gonna park my rig right inside that championship at succession.
12:14Well, the big rig is ready for battle tonight.
12:25The balling contest is scheduled for what fall.
12:29Introducing first, from North Caldwell, New Jersey, Gianna Capri.
12:35ID talent, Gianna Capri back in action tonight as the sauce boss.
12:39Looks to turn some heads yet again, but drop tonight very well could turn into a nightmare for Gianna Capri.
12:45Well, if you can't handle the sauce, stay out of the kitchen.
12:48I am happy to see the woman with the best Evolve preview on Instagram every week.
12:54The Capri show.
12:55Best show there is.
13:09I'm in the song.
13:11Can you imagine?
13:12And her punishment from the city that never sleeps.
13:18Wendy Chuu!
13:20Just last week, Wendy Chuu made her shocking return and immediately set her sights on Nikita Lyons and the Evolve
13:26Women's Championship.
13:28She would use the element of surprise and catch the champion in a dirt nap and force Nikita to sleep.
13:33And as you can tell, Wendy is determined to be the first two-time WWE Evolve Women's Champion.
13:40And I don't know about you, but lately I've been seeing some shades of her old self playing back into
13:46her presence.
13:47We've certainly seen that aura, that vibe, that spirit of the old Wendy that we used to know.
13:53And now Wendy's back and she's one mission in her mind.
13:59And that mission is to become Evolve Champion again.
14:02You know, she had a 70-day reign, but no doubt about it, that was a lot shorter than she
14:06wanted it to be.
14:07Of course, Wendy Chuu only had a couple of title defenses there, would have loved to extend that even further.
14:11But, Sloan Jacobs, Nikita Lyons, they certainly had other designs.
14:15Back at Succession 3.
14:17And you see Wendy Chuu right here coming out with a bit of aggression, Rob.
14:20Of course, you had a lengthy in-ring career, but I know there's been times where there's been a layoff
14:24in between.
14:24I mean, is there any potential for ring rust here for Wendy Chuu?
14:27Quick Oklahoma rolling in one.
14:28Well, absolutely. It's a great question, Blake.
14:30And yes, the question is yes.
14:31Whether you think or not that you have ring rust, you do.
14:35When you're out of the ring, you have to get used to running the ropes again to the body movements.
14:39So, is Wendy ready? I mean, I don't know.
14:42And from Chuu's perspective, Rob, is this step one to getting revenge for losing her title?
14:46Well, you know that's what she's got her mindset on.
14:48I mean, that's the reason why she's back.
14:50And, of course, Gianna Capri, from her perspective, very well could be trying to get back into the good graces
14:54of Big Cat Teal the Evolved Champion.
14:56And what an opportunity for her.
14:57Could you imagine if she got a win over a Wendy Chuu, what that would do for her career?
15:01That would certainly highlight the Sauce Boss and maybe turn the head of Foreman Thatcher.
15:06As Wendy Chuu looking sharp right here.
15:08Of course, a veteran of over ten years inside the ring.
15:10Doesn't look like any rust right now, I'll tell you that.
15:13We've seen her compete for the NXT Women's Championship on Premium Live Events.
15:16Starting to cook right here as Wendy.
15:17And a big kick in the corner.
15:20And now Chuu starting to roll.
15:24And the Sauce Boss trying to get out of there in a hurry.
15:27Only two there for Wendy.
15:28You know, by Nikita cheating to win that Evolved Women's Championship, she may have opened Pandora's box here.
15:35As Wendy Chuu certainly wants her hands on the Evolved Women's Champion and the Evolved Women's Championship yet again become
15:42the first ever two-time champion.
15:43As Gianna Capri there goes for the slam.
15:46Wendy slips out the back side here and Wendy goes for the short arm clothesline.
15:49Gianna, nice job doing a bit of her homework.
15:52Beautiful counter. I mean, let's not forget, I mean, she's trained with Bally on occasion.
15:56She knows what she's doing in the ring. She's learned from some of the best.
15:59And of course, mentally though, Gianna Capri, where is she at after losing to Anya Rune?
16:03I mean, very well could have thrown her off a bit.
16:05Well, right now the Sauce Boss is looking very aggressive in this match.
16:10Speaking of throwing her off, very well could have thrown Nikita Lyons off in her last title defense against Skylar
16:14Ray with that very interesting introduction by Gianna Capri.
16:16Certainly was and I think that's what happened.
16:18Please, actually don't bring that up again, Blake. I don't want to have to remember that.
16:21Big Capri kick connects right there and Gianna, a stomp to the small in the back center.
16:26The ring hooks the outside leg.
16:27And Wendy able to hang on.
16:30Not exactly how Wendy Chuu probably envisioned her return here to Wednesday nights.
16:37And you see that extension right there, Rod, over 20 years as a ballerina is Gianna Capri.
16:42And not many stars on Evolve NXT, even Raw or SmackDown had that type of extension.
16:46Yeah, but this ain't ballet. You're in the ring with Wendy Chuu right now, which means all bets are off
16:50and anything can happen.
16:52And Capri may be taking too much time. Runs right into the boot of Wendy Chuu.
16:59And now the former champion unloading right here, Wendy.
17:01Oh, she got caught. Walks right into a spine buster. Capri stacks her up.
17:06And Chuu able to hang on, but look at Capri going right back to another pin.
17:10Will the third time be a charm here, referee Gary Rosens has only won.
17:13I got to say, I don't want to say I made predictions before the match, but I wasn't expecting for
17:17it to be going this long.
17:18She's really showing a different side of herself we haven't seen.
17:21And it's against a veteran like Wendy Chuu, which is, you know, surprising.
17:25As Wendy Chuu may be trying to get some revenge here against Nikita Lyons in the form of Gianna Capri.
17:29Inside cradle by Wendy, too.
17:30Right on the cusp, we're going to see some revenge maybe being taken a bit later on.
17:34Cappuccino Jones, of course, taking on Cheeto Ash.
17:37And, of course, it's Gaul Harley-Riggins in that huge main event to determine the new number one contender for
17:42Harlem-Lewis' above championship.
17:43And Wendy Chuu right now is going to dial it up, Rob.
17:46And she's feeling right at home inside that ring.
17:48But she wants to be champion again, and this is how you do it.
17:52Irish whip reversed here.
17:53Turned her inside out.
17:54And Chuu, this time, going to connect with that short arm clothesline.
18:00And Capri able to hang on yet again.
18:02Nikita may have ignited a fire that now she can't put out because when you look into the eyes of
18:08Wendy, she seems like she is some of her old self.
18:12As Chuu might have been looking for that snooze button.
18:15Counter here by Gianna Capri into the fireman's carry.
18:18And Wendy going to create some separation right here.
18:20And Gianna Capri might be looking for high risk here, Rob.
18:24Oh, I've never seen her go up.
18:26Capri digging deep into the playbook.
18:27Risking it all.
18:30And Wendy Chuu now pulling herself to her feet.
18:34And Chuu is locked in. Chuu's focused.
18:36And it could be time for a dirt nap.
18:39Locked in, and that is a wrap.
18:43Here's your winner by submission, Wendy Chuu.
18:49Impressive victory for Wendy Chuu and a return here to Evolve.
18:58Giana Capri came out firing, serving up offense like Sunday dinner at the Capri house.
19:04But Wendy Chuu is not about to leave empty handed with vengeance in her eyes.
19:08Wendy displayed just why she knows she belongs back at the top of the Evolve women's division.
19:13Some nice momentum there for Wendy Chuu.
19:16Returning and picking up the win.
19:18And now we head to our colleague Adriana Rizzo standing by with the returning winner.
19:25Wendy Chuu, big return tonight.
19:29Does this mean you're ready for a rematch against the big cat?
19:34Nikita Multimedia?
19:36The Nikita Lions?
19:39Rizzo, I've been ready.
19:43See, Nikita cheated to beat me when I had my guard down.
19:49When she had her guard down, I choked her ass out.
19:55Just to remind her who the hell she's messing with.
19:59So at Succession 4, at Succession 4, I want my rematch.
20:06And I want it in a last woman standing match.
20:13Well Rob, that's a huge challenge laid down by the former champion for Succession 4.
20:25This is insane. A last woman standing match? Look, we can talk to Thatcher.
20:31The last thing Wendy deserves is a last woman standing match against you.
20:36Actually, Wendy and I are aligned for once.
20:39Really?
20:39If this is how she wants to lose her rematch, then so be it.
20:43But we need to make sure that the rest of the locker room knows that the champ calls the shots.
20:49You know what? I like the way you think you're the champ for a reason.
20:52So let's go get ready then.
21:30You're going to have to show me how your armbore and...
21:33Very impressive, sir. Very impressive.
21:36Okasan, congratulations on your first big victory here at Evolve.
21:39The people at Pro Wrestling know it. They're proud of you.
21:42So, thank you for your effort.
21:44Thank you.
21:45Mata ne, huh?
21:46Mata ne.
21:46Yeah. Good man. Dangerous man.
21:49Lady, please, please, please, please. Come in. Sorry for the wait. Thank you for waiting.
21:53It's so fine. You're a busy man.
21:55Some people, they talk. I can't handle it.
21:57And I actually, I actually had a little time to think out there.
22:00And Foreman, I need a match with Vanta.
22:04She wants to come out here talking about fear.
22:06Talking about fear of failure.
22:08Cause maybe I am a little worried that the last ten years traveling the roads on the Indies was all
22:13for nothing.
22:14Like, I can't say that those thoughts haven't crept into my mind and haunted me.
22:19Yeah, I understand, Miss Laney. I've driven those roads as well and...
22:23Yeah, out on the lonely road, the mind does turn on you a little bit.
22:28Yeah, especially when you've just left a show in the middle of nowhere in front of a couple dozen people
22:32and you've barely got enough money in your pocket to make it home.
22:35Like, what am I doing this for?
22:38Yeah, what are we doing this for? Maybe we could have made better decisions in life. But, unfortunately, we love
22:45this.
22:47Right? We love professional wrestling.
22:49We do love professional wrestling.
22:51And I know you love professional wrestling, Miss Laney. So, you know what? If that's what you want, you should
22:57have a match with Vanta.
22:59Really?
22:59Yeah. I think you deserve it to be on the biggest stage that Evolve has to offer. So, it's going
23:07to be at a succession.
23:09Succession? A spot on succession? I'm booked?
23:13Yeah, you're booked, Miss Laney. You deserve it.
23:17Thank you.
23:18Of course. Of course.
23:20Thank you, Foreman.
23:21Good luck. You'll face your fears. We get to work, huh? That's what we do around here.
23:26We get to work. All right. Good for you.
23:29Good, Miss Laney. Good luck!
23:33Well, a major chance at redemption for Laney Luck in two weeks at succession four.
23:42The falling contest is scheduled for one fall.
23:46Introducing first, from Alexandria, Egypt, weighing 240 pounds, Shido Ash!
23:54Well, Rob, here comes someone that has certainly made their mark here in Evolve when Shido Ash certainly disrupted things
24:02when it came to the ID 1.0 crew.
24:06You go back, Cappuccino Jones became the next victim for Shido Ash and, of course, Viktor Zanov been by a
24:12side many times, but Shido Ash doing it by himself in that attack.
24:16And tonight, we have to do it once again inside the rink.
24:21And it's a completely different animal when you're used to being out here with your friend and partner.
24:26Now he's out here alone, a place he's been before, but yet, it could change the game for him.
24:42And his opponent, from Coffeyville, Kansas, weighing 180 pounds, Cappuccino Jones!
24:53Well, Rob, you see that heavily taped left shoulder of Cappuccino Jones, but a bit of a smile on his
24:58face, almost welcoming the challenge here.
25:00Yeah, I'm actually surprised to see him smiling, being that Shido took him out, kept him out of that gauntlet
25:05match.
25:05Kind of a big deal.
25:07And Capp says, come to me right here on the floor. He's ready to throw down, heads into the ring.
25:11Bell sounds run away. Here we go, Shido Ash, Cappuccino Jones.
25:15And, Rob, you can really see that newfound confidence here in Capp.
25:17But you can also already see him favoring that shoulder, Blake.
25:21And the pot's certainly looking hot here tonight!
25:23Well, I mean, tomorrow is International Coffee Day. Maybe he's feeling a little something extra because of that.
25:27Certainly a big week for Cappuccino Jones, and you see here, using that right arm, perfectly fine.
25:32We'll see how that left shoulder's able to come into play throughout this matchup.
25:36And a lot of revenge at stake right here, as you go back to Secession 3.
25:39Shido Ash, Viktor Zanov, doing a number on pretty much every star that they found in front of them that
25:44night.
25:44I mean, that's the thing. They do what they want, when they want, Blake.
25:47And what are you going to do? How are you going to answer to anything?
25:50If they tell me to do something, you know what? I'm probably going to do it.
25:54We'll see what happens here with Shido Ash and Cappuccino Jones.
25:57Shido Ash, Viktor Zanov, trying to tell Foreman Thatcher exactly what they want to do.
26:00And Foreman Thatcher let him go with security.
26:03As Cappuccino Jones sees some power and strength getting Shido up and over and trying to test that shoulder a
26:09bit right now.
26:09Yeah, but again, favoring it. It's not testing it. It's putting more pressure on it. How smart is that?
26:13But Robby, taking a look at Cappuccino, you see that heavily taped shoulder. I mean, is there any way he
26:17can be 100%?
26:18There's no way. I mean, it's going to reduce your striking power. It's going to limit your range of motion,
26:23maybe nerve symptoms, instability.
26:26And Shido Ash, the judo master, five-time Pan American Games champion, representing Canada in the Olympics on two occasions.
26:34Oh, man.
26:35And now starting to find his footing inside the square circle. Look at that shoulder breaker.
26:41And Shido.
26:42You could just see it on Cappuccino's face, man. He's in a lot of pain.
26:45That's certainly one way to do some damage to that shoulder.
26:47I mean, at some point, referee Felix Fernandez might need to utilize his discretion here, Rob.
26:51And think about the future of Cappuccino Jones.
26:53Yeah, I mean, when I heard this match was happening, I was excited. An ID prospect against a PC talent
26:59on a Wednesday on Evolve.
27:00But right now, I mean, I almost feel uncomfortable watching it.
27:03Take a look at Shido Ash right here, the number he's doing on Cappuccino Jones. I mean, Rob, how dangerous
27:08could this man be?
27:09Yeah, I mean, he's snappy. He's fast. He's reactive. He's a do-or-die kind of fighter, Blake.
27:14Oh!
27:15Just once again, doing a number on that left arm and shoulder.
27:18Just relentless.
27:19I mean, Rob, at this point, I mean, how much help can that tape really do?
27:22Blake, I mean, the whole match, it's been the shoulder. You answer that question for yourself. Think about it.
27:27Here we go. Fujiwara armbar. I don't see any way Cappuccino Jones would be able to escape from this.
27:31Oh, he's got full control. He's got proper balance. He has him right where he wants him.
27:36As Cappuccino Jones tries to take some tension off the shoulder.
27:40Any combination, able to get too quickly, but Shido Ash right back into that Fujiwara armbar.
27:46Well, that's the thing. He got that desperation roll up.
27:49But how much offense is he going to be able to mount when he's in pain the way that he
27:52is?
27:53Well, you see Cappuccino Jones attempting to right now really work around that injury.
27:58As Shido in a set cap shoulder first right into the ring.
28:02And the momentum setting him all the way up and over to the floor.
28:07And the wild thing about all this is Shido Ash is just staying calm and comfortable.
28:14He has a game plan. He knows how to work on a body part. He knows how to work down
28:18an opponent.
28:20That's Cappuccino Jones struggling right now.
28:24Trying to get to his feet right here. And it looks like Shido Ash going to pursue.
28:28And continue the punishment right here on his opponent.
28:30And remember, he was a huge fan of WWE growing up. He's wanted to be here his whole life.
28:35So he's going to do whatever he has to do to rack up wins and become a full-time WWE
28:40superstar.
28:41Indeed, Shido Ash has been following the WWE for many, many years.
28:45Living his dream essentially right now.
28:47Competed in judo in the Olympics for essentially the goal to make it right here to the WWE.
28:53And on the other end, Cappuccino Jones, a proud ID prospect.
28:57Let me tell you something. I am not proud to watch him take this beating.
29:01As Cappuccino Jones is trying to use his feet. I mean, it's all he's got.
29:07And Shido using that massive judo throw from the top into the cover.
29:11And Cap maybe survives for his life right there. Nowhere near 100%.
29:15Can Cappuccino Jones survive against Shido Ash?
29:21Perth. Get ready.
29:24Last year, Wrestle Palooza returned.
29:28This year, it's heading down under and bringing everything with it.
29:33Friday, SmackDown.
29:36Saturday, Wrestle Palooza.
29:39And Monday, Law.
29:41One massive weekend, three nights of WWE.
29:46Wrestle Palooza is coming to Perth, Western Australia.
29:52Back in action here on Evolve.
29:54And Rob, it's been some tough sledding for Cappuccino Jones in this one.
29:58Absolutely. Using every other body part he has.
30:02Besides his left arm, besides his left shoulder.
30:05But how much could that do?
30:06We talked about him trying to work around that injury.
30:09Trying his best right here, but having a tough time against Shido Ash.
30:12Oh, wait a minute.
30:14Cap!
30:14With the exploder into the corner.
30:20Have you got a shot of espresso right there?
30:22Yeah.
30:22But I mean, there's no way at any point in this match he's going to be able to be 100%.
30:27As Cap, starting to move a bit.
30:29The adrenaline can hide the pain, but can it restore his strength?
30:33As the caffeine's starting to drip.
30:36And Cappuccino Jones, right in the driver's seat here, Rob.
30:39This is him fighting with one good arm and a whole lot of courage.
30:42He has turned things around in a hurry.
30:45Cappuccino Jones, all the way upstairs.
30:48Takes out Shido Ash.
30:51And now he's just running on adrenaline here.
30:54He is protecting that arm and Shido knows it.
30:58He's going to strike back.
31:01Oh!
31:02And Jones!
31:04Drops Shido!
31:05Into the cover!
31:07Oh!
31:07And Ash!
31:09Able to hang on right here.
31:11Cappuccino!
31:15Trying to get back into this matchup here, Rob.
31:17You see him looking around, trying to go back to the drawing board.
31:19What could be left for Cappuccino Jones?
31:21I think at this point, he doesn't know what to do.
31:24He's looking up.
31:25He might be thinking about that froggy brew.
31:29If he can come off the top and connect, Cappuccino can pull off a big one.
31:34Jones up.
31:34Froggy brew!
31:35Oh!
31:36Oh no!
31:36And Shido!
31:38Locks into submission!
31:42Jones, not many places to go!
31:43There is nowhere to go right now.
31:46The breathing beginning to be compromised right here, Shido.
31:49Trying to lock it in at Capp!
31:51What an escape!
31:52By Cappuccino Jones!
31:55That arm is hanging on by toughness alone.
32:01As Capp, trying to bring some feeling back into that left shoulder.
32:05See, he tried to pick him up and he couldn't.
32:07Oh!
32:08He's going for that decaffeinator.
32:09And you see Shido Ash putting on the brakes right there.
32:12Oh!
32:13Oh!
32:13And that knee might have knocked Cappuccino Jones out on his feet.
32:18Oh!
32:18And just like that, Cappuccino Jones will fade to Ash.
32:24Here is your winner, Shido Ash!
32:30Impressive victory right there for Shido Ash.
32:35Cappuccino Jones nowhere near 100%.
32:41And the Judo Master pulls out the victory.
32:46Well, Cappuccino Jones came out fully brewed, fully buzzed, and ready to pour it on Shido Ash.
32:52But Shido had already done the damage before the bell ever rang.
32:56Cap fought through the pain, but the shoulder injury caught up with him, allowing Judo Master to score the victory
33:03in this extremely personal rivalry.
33:08So Cappuccino Jones here, trying to recover.
33:11Hopefully he didn't suffer any permanent damage there.
33:13As Shido Ash once again celebrating his victory.
33:17As Cappuccino Jones certainly would love to fight another day, and we hope he can sometime soon.
33:26What's the meaning of this?
33:28As if things couldn't get worse tonight.
33:30I want to talk about picking the bones.
33:32Are we bogging right now?
33:33This is not the time to bog.
33:36Hey, hey, hey.
33:39Hey, Shido Ash everyone.
33:41Kid's got something.
33:43I keep my eye on him.
33:48I am beside myself.
33:53A perfectly good rhinoplasty in the process of healing.
33:59Ruined.
34:01I can't even wear my sunglasses anymore.
34:07And as upset as I am, I talked to Doc D this morning.
34:13He's livid.
34:15His masterpiece destroyed.
34:18You're not destroyed.
34:19You're not destroyed.
34:20You're so good.
34:24Cappuccino.
34:25No more coffees for you.
34:27You're going to tap water.
34:29And you better start saving your money because you and the rest of the 1.0ers are going to foot
34:35my medical bill for a reconstructed surgery.
34:39That's right.
34:41Hey, Jakari, Santi, go take care of business.
34:44I'll watch Max's back.
34:46Oh, here comes the Mog Squad.
34:47Take care of business.
34:48Talk about a numbers game here, Rob.
34:50Cappuccino Jones once again behind the eight ball.
34:52He just went through a battle.
34:53As Ball and Rivera.
34:56I mean, come on.
34:58There's Starboy.
34:59As Chaz Hall, they're going to come to the aid of his buddy.
35:03Of course, Chaz Hall, a part of the ID 2.0 class, but he wants nothing to do with the
35:07Mog Squad.
35:07Yeah, but the numbers are still against him.
35:08A Starboy!
35:10Nearly folded in half by the X Factor, CJ Fowler.
35:15As the Mog Squad once again picking the bones of Cappuccino Jones.
35:21Keep him down.
35:23I am so sick of people acting like the Mog Squad hasn't been running this whole damn show for the
35:32last six months.
35:38And the fact, the fact that we are on Succession is a slap in my face.
35:45Why are we not on Succession? Why are we not on Succession?
35:50This is the start of the recompense.
35:54And there will be recompense.
35:59Harry! Harry! Harry! Harry! Harry! Harry!
36:06Enough!
36:07Attacking people!
36:09Running your moe!
36:10You moan about not being on Succession.
36:14Well, I have to thank Mr. Stone.
36:17Because of him, we have a surprise for you next week.
36:21What did you cook up?
36:22Hey, you're welcome.
36:23Hey, you're welcome.
36:25Hey, you're welcome.
36:27Us general managers stick together, Blake.
36:30As the Mog Squad is big mad they're not on Succession.
36:32And it seems like Forman Thatcher has something major in store next week.
36:37After the Mog Squad just left Cappuccino Jones and Starboy Land, the pressure only rises as coming up next, the
36:44big rig, Harley Riggins, goes one-on-one with the man in mid-condition.
36:48It's Gall in a high-stakes showdown with a winner earns a championship opportunity at Succession 4 and takes a
36:54major step forward here on Evolve.
36:59It was two weeks ago when Itzcal inserted himself into the hunt for the Evolve championship by confronting Harley Riggins,
37:05who is demanding a title opportunity from our champ, Harlem Lewis.
37:08Hey, hey, hey, knock it off! Knock it off!
37:12How about you stop wanting like a couple of panties and you actually fight over who gets the next shot
37:17at my title!
37:22There is no doubt that these two superstars will keep that same intensity in tonight's main event.
37:33We've got a high-stakes, big-fight-feel main event here on Tubi.
37:39It's gone!
37:42The fouling contest is...
37:43Oh, Blake, wait a second!
37:45There's the big rig.
37:47The baddest SOB from the CLE isn't waiting until they get in the rig.
37:51As Harley Riggins making a statement before the entrance even begins...
37:58Oh, come on!
37:59We all know Harley, you know, there's one rule with him, there are no rules, but this is unsportsmanlike conduct,
38:05but I guess he likes that kind of stuff.
38:06Harley Riggins looking to park the big rig right in the main event of Succession 4 and get that Evolve
38:12championship opportunity unloading on Itzcal.
38:15Here before the bell is even sounding, and Rob, we know this one has become quite personal over the last
38:19few weeks here on Tubi.
38:20Yeah, but what are we doing here? Is Gall at this point even going to be able to start this?
38:24I mean, what? Are we going to get in the ring and get the bell rung? My God!
38:27As Harley Riggins, a little bit of payback right there for Itzcal from that Fatal 4-Way number one contender's
38:32opportunity, sending Gall right to the ring steps.
38:34What if Jeremy Marcus trying to restore some order right here?
38:37I mean, Foreman Thatcher might be watching this somewhere and may want to push this match back.
38:41We're going to have to see if Gall could even begin.
38:45Let's see if Big Daddy Ray can give it a go here, Rob.
38:52Gall trying to get back to his feet here near the Evolve Universe.
38:55It's not looking good.
38:56You see the...
38:57Oh!
38:57Come on!
38:58And a big Claymore right out of the corner!
39:00Riggins trying to end this one in record time!
39:02And somehow Gall hangs on!
39:04Well, Gall is hanging in there. The fight is still in him. He knows how big this opportunity is.
39:09You're certainly wondering, coming into this matchup, Rob, from Harley Riggins' perspective, is this more about Harlem Lewis in the
39:14championship, or putting Gall in his place?
39:16I think it's about both. I mean, Harley wants to do a lot of things when he gets in the
39:19ring, but he certainly wants to...
39:20It's Gall in his place, but I'll tell you this, the gold is on his mind.
39:24As it's Gall trying to fight back right here.
39:27But fighting from underneath, behind the eight ball against the big rig, Harley Riggins.
39:31As we are just two weeks away from Succession Four, we know Harlem Lewis will meet the winner for the
39:35Evolve Championship.
39:37Yeah, but Blake, you've got to think right now, Gall is already operating at a huge disadvantage.
39:42He's certainly fighting that uphill battle indeed, as Harley Riggins now looking to take full control right now.
39:47And you see Harley going to high-risk territory right now. It's Gall very well could have derailed the momentum
39:53of Harley Riggins several weeks back in high-risk territory right now.
39:58And Gall going to create some separation here, Rob, seeing some light maybe at the end of the tunnel!
40:03Oh yeah!
40:04And a big crossbody connects from It's Gall, and he's found a second win.
40:08Well, he's physically here, but is he 100%?
40:11As It's Gall, of course, came to the rescue of ID 1.0.
40:15Saved them in that big eliminator series.
40:18And It's Gall takes a big tumble to the outside.
40:21Rob, who's walking out with an Evolve Championship opportunity at Succession Four?
40:29How does an event become an experience?
40:32This is how.
40:37This is why.
40:42This is WrestleMania.
40:46We know what it means to our country, but what could it mean to a kingdom?
40:56WrestleMania, for the first time ever, from the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
41:03A phenomenon so incredible, it would need to be experienced to be believed.
41:16Back in action here on Tubi, huge main event opportunity to face Harlem Lewis for the Evolve Championship at Succession
41:22Four on the line right here.
41:23Harley Riggins and It's Gall.
41:25And Rob, throughout the break, Harley Wiggins swung the tide right back in his direction.
41:29Yeah, I mean, how much did that ambush earlier really take out of It's Gall?
41:33Clearly a lot, because you can see he's all bruised up, marks on his body.
41:36He's in a lot of pain right now.
41:38Harley Riggins unloading right here on It's Gall.
41:41Is the big rig ready for title contention?
41:43I think so.
41:44I mean, I think he's been ready since the day he stepped foot in Evolve.
41:47But he's just got to change his attitude.
41:49And speaking of attitude change, we've seen a whole new It's Gall.
41:52Oh, man.
41:53In recent weeks and months, and that arm.
41:56That AC joint.
41:58And that's the thing, we're talking about how bad his attitude is, Blake, but we can't take away his ability.
42:02He knows what he's doing when he's in the ring.
42:04As the big rig certainly has his target set here on It's Gall.
42:07Might have been going for that shotgun right there.
42:09Nice job by It's Gall.
42:10He's going to put on the brakes.
42:11And a huge counter by Gall.
42:15And now It's Gall wants to keep his own winning streak alive right here.
42:18Well, he did say at one point the big rig was going to run out of gasoline.
42:21And It's Gall will take flight.
42:26And a little bit of tit for tit right there for the big rig.
42:29Yeah, a taste of his own medicine.
42:33You know, tomorrow's my birthday, Blake.
42:36What a gift it would be for Gall to become the number one contender and go on to succession.
42:39I know you have a big celebration plan.
42:41It's Gall certainly would love to join you.
42:44Big missile drop kick there by It's Gall.
42:46Could he realize his dream and receive that title opportunity?
42:50Not quite yet, but It's Gall here looking to press.
42:53Looking to keep his foot on the gas right here, Rob.
42:55Who is going to succession in two weeks?
42:58Look, championship opportunity dreams are on the line right now.
43:02And Gall looking for light at the end of the tunnel.
43:05Of course, when it's succession, we know both championships will be on the line.
43:07Who will Harlem Lewis take on as Harley Riggins now creating that separation.
43:13Yet again, the big rig risking it all.
43:16And It's Gall now.
43:17And it capitalized.
43:19Looking for some boom.
43:21It's that discus clothesline.
43:22Stacks up Harley Riggins.
43:24It's Gall.
43:25Right on the cusp.
43:27Whoever gets a victory tonight punches their ticket to a title shot.
43:31And you go back to that number one contender's fatal four-way.
43:34It's Gall certainly.
43:34Had to get him up.
43:35Like he was going to get the big win there.
43:36Looking for maybe that dummy buster.
43:38Countered there by Harley Riggins.
43:40And big rig.
43:42A TKO.
43:44Cover.
43:45It's Gall is down.
43:47But It's Gall is not out yet.
43:49He's still alive, Blake.
43:52The TKO does not do in Big Daddy Red.
43:55Well when a golden opportunity is just one win away.
43:58You got to dig deep.
43:59You got to fight like you never fought before.
44:01And this is a new side of Gall.
44:02And I'm loving it.
44:03Big rig signaling forward here, Rob.
44:05He could be looking for that shotgun yet again.
44:07Gall did his homework.
44:07Nice counter.
44:08It's a tight game.
44:10And Gall right on the cusp yet again.
44:12But Riggins will the third time be a charm.
44:15It's Gall goes.
44:17And shotgun bang.
44:19And Harley Riggins is your new number one contender.
44:23Here is your winner.
44:24who has earned himself a WWE Evolve Championship match at Succession.
44:30Harley Riggins.
44:34Harley Riggins is going to Succession.
44:37With a championship opportunity against Harlem Lewis at Succession.
44:41Four on the line.
44:42It's Gall look ready to take the next massive step in his Evolve journey.
44:45Taking flight here outside the ring and tossing Harley into the steel steps.
44:50But Big Rig had his sights set on the top prize.
44:53using his power and aggression to cool off the man in mint condition.
44:57And punch his ticket to Succession 4.
45:02I want that damn belt.
45:04As the Big Rig.
45:05I want that belt.
45:05Celebrating right here.
45:06Give me that belt.
45:07Harley Riggins.
45:10Oh, he's made his statement.
45:12But here comes the Champion.
45:15I want that title.
45:17I want that belt.
45:18Bring everything you've got.
45:20Bring everything you've got.
45:21Bring everything you've got.
45:21The Big Rig is officially parked in the Evolve Championship match at Succession 4.
45:26Are these two going to be able to wait until Succession?
45:28As now we are on a collision course in two weeks.
45:31To see who walks out with bragging rights.
45:34In the goal.
45:35At Succession 4.
