Sai and Bev sat down for a raw, two-host conversation breaking down the shocking and reckless statements made about Los Angeles and San Diego, discussing the dangerous implications of treating our cities and everyday families as expendable collateral damage.

We talked about why we refuse to normalize this kind of political rhetoric and how we keep our communities locked in, protected, and standing strong together.

00:00During that speech, he framed the conflict and economic fallout as a minor hurdle, stating they can take out a
00:07city.
00:07Let them take. Let it. Let them take out Los Angeles. Let them take out San Diego.
00:13That's this is a very small price to pay.
00:17Hearing a former president and current political figure literally utter the phrases like let them take out Los Angeles and
00:25let them take out San Diego on a public stage is absolutely chilling.
00:30And even worse, if you watch the footage, parts of the crowd actually cheered.
00:34Governor Gavin Newsom came out swinging, calling the remarks dangerous, deranged and unhinged, even pointing towards serious questions about fitness
00:42and mental state, while state threat assessment centers started monitoring the fallout.
00:47Yes, and local leaders like San Diego Mayor Todd Gloria made it explicitly clear. San Diego is not collateral damage
00:54and we are not expendable.
00:56Millions of people live, work and raise families in those cities.
01:00To treat our homes, our local economies and our lives as a footnote in this in a stump speech is
01:05pure arrogance.
01:07Exactly, Si. You want to posture as the ultimate protector of the country while simultaneously telling foreign adversaries that taking
01:14out the West Coast's biggest population and defense centers is an acceptable casualty.
01:19The math doesn't add up and the hypocrisy is glaring. It's nationalist posturing completely detached from reality.
01:25All right.
01:25I'll be.
