00:28Wind axis is 225, a 1.9 mile beat, beautiful sunny day off Malbarossa Beach as race three
00:35gets underway, nice start at the pin end of the line from Alpha Plus, Alcedo also on that
00:40side, Paprec also on the left, the left looks good early on, Paprec are really quick on the
00:46first part of the upwind, but then the right side comes in strong and Katana are out on
00:51that right side early, they've got a really good start as well, they lead round the top
00:55mark with Sled round in second, platoon are just behind on their tail, on their transom
01:01coming around the top mark, down the first run it's Katana still leading, but it's very
01:06very close between Sled and platoon aviation, Sled throw a dummy giant platoon aviation, go
01:11to the left and they actually gain as they come through the lower gate, through the lower
01:15gate it's platoon aviation leading with Katana in second, Sled are in third but it is super
01:20close, coming down the final run, well actually there's a big shift, it just becomes one big
01:25drag race, there's no opportunities for overtaking, so platoon aviation run through the finish
01:30line with their first win here in Valencia, Katana hold on only just to take second, there's
01:36only a second in it between them and Sled, Sled pushing hard through the finish line, but
01:40it's a photo finish, it goes to Katana, Sled are third.
01:46So race 4 of the regatta, second race of the day, after a little bit of delay waiting for
01:50the breeze to become re-established, we have a wind access of 2, 4, 5 degrees, it's still
01:55shifty, quite a patchy breeze all in all, Al-Qaeda start nicely off the boat end of the line,
02:00platoon are about 3 or 4 boats down from the boat end, start nicely as well, and these 2 boats
02:05get away a little bit on the first upwind, so around the top mark it's Al-Qaeda leading
02:09platoon with Vayu round in third, it's a long starboard down the first run, the right side
02:15of the downwind favoured, platoon jibe away and just lose very slightly, Al-Qaeda extend,
02:21so it's a big win for Al-Qaeda Settelar, once again second race of the day proves magical
02:25for the Italian team, Andrea Lacorte's birthday, they've had a great win through in second,
02:31Vayu moved to the top of the regatta standings, but Platoon Aviation, they just lose Trinity
02:38Racing on the finish line, Trinity Racing get 4th, Platoon Aviation get 5th and Sled in 6th,
02:44so just a small gain over the day to Platoon Aviation relative to the main championship title
02:49fight and a good result also for No Way Back getting 3rd, moving up the table.
02:55So the regatta standings after 4 races here in Valencia, Vayu leading on 17 points, Platoon
03:01Aviation second on 18 points, 3rd now Al-Qaeda Settelar on 19 points, Sled are also on 19 points,
03:08Trinity Racing in 5th on 23. And the circuit standings after the second day of racing here
