allas Cowboys Fall to Tampa Bay Buccaneers 24-16 | Week 5 NFL Recap

The Dallas Cowboys fall to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 24-16, on Thursday Night Football at AT&T Stadium. Despite a late push, Dallas couldn't overcome costly turnovers and missed opportunities.

Dak Prescott threw for 316 yards and a touchdown, while George Pickens led the Cowboys with nine receptions for 130 yards and a touchdown. Tampa Bay capitalized on Dallas' mistakes, with running back Bucky Irving delivering a standout performance.

Following the loss, head coach Brian Schottenheimer emphasized the team's missed opportunities and inability to execute in all three phases.

“We didn't really play good in all three phases,” Schottenheimer said. “Certainly not good enough to win a game in the National Football League.”

The Cowboys now turn their attention to the Green Bay Packers as they look to regroup and get back in the win column.

00:37no matter what CP calls, it's our job to go out there and execute. Doc Prescott added that they
00:42plan right and practice right, but they have to come out and execute. Head coach Brian Schottenheimer
