00:00Douglas James Taylor has time to turn, here's Parsons, Hayden Kahn across to engage, Parsons inside the area, trying to
00:08tee it up, Douglas James Taylor gets a shot away at the first save of the evening.
00:13Jordan Flores towards the back post, just struggling at the moment to get it away, Hickey, now Devoy, Devoy neatly
00:23rolls it back to Hickey.
00:28Flores, fancied another crack of goal there, Flores has been busy so far, Devoy, William from Dawson, Devoy tees it
00:37up, Tierney with a shot, ricochets away, Bowles fans looking for a penalty, Tierney recycles, Derek Parr pulls on it,
00:46is still there for Bowles, and the driven shot, and somehow Douglas James Taylor is unable to capitalise, brilliant defending
00:53by Waterford.
00:552004, current ball's boss, Alan Reynolds was the player manager for Waterford, they lost the final, to Longford Town 2
01:01-1, a rather controversial end to that game, Longford is going two late goals, here's Connor Parsons threatening opportunity here,
01:08also terrific save, Douglas James Taylor is thwarted,
01:10Sennen Mullen to send it back in, and Waterford managed to survive, that's a great ball for Mullen, and Sennen
01:19Mullen to send it into the area, that's another fine save, he managed to hold on to it at the
01:25second attempt, Stephen McMullen from Ross Tierney, another one, Kuto with the throw in, easy away, Moenie with the shot,
01:35it's Waterford who go in front,
01:37No Moenie with the edge, no Moenie with the edge of the area, no Moenie with a shot from the
01:40edge of the area, and against the odds, it's Waterford who strike first.
01:47Oh football is such a beautiful game, oh football is such a beautiful game, Boz who have absolutely dominated this
01:53game,
01:54Boz who have absolutely dominated this game,
01:56Mo Moenie with the lead, No Moenie to his right hand side, Dale Rooney with Tierney nearby, Power,
02:08maintaining the options available for Dara Power, but it might open up for Boz now, with Tierney, that's a really
02:14good ball at his face, opportunity, still there, and the outdriven shot blocked away, and Connor Power some ball at
02:22sea in the end, and Warford sent it long, this is the danger, Torig Amund could well be in here,
02:27Amund teeing it up, opportunity for Lonn again,
02:31the man of gold delivers once again, Toby Lonn again, makes it 2-0 to Waterford, they could well be
02:40heading for the final.
02:42Just a little cushion pass into his path, and Lonn again's pace gets him away, and slots on this time,
02:49what a touch by Amund here, waits for it, slots inside to Lonn again, and he doesn't miss.
02:57We've talked about the quality, or the lack of quality that Waterford had brought to this game.
03:02On for Vojlash,
03:04Bergen Vojlash, the Norwegian, into space opportunity for Conan Noonan,
03:09pull off the woodwork, so so close, to a third goal for Waterford, by Alan Reynolds laid on, Dara Power
03:16to send it in,
03:18and it breaks away, and behind, of Colm Whelan, and behind, and the Waterford fans are getting ready to celebrate,
03:30and they're going to lift the roof off the old ground, and the Mono stand will be a pretty happy
03:36place in the next few moments.
03:38Stephen McMullen, with the kick out, and the referee blows the full time whistle, Graham Coughlin has done the business,
03:45Warford have done the business,
03:47they're in the cup final, for 2026, they've beaten Bohemians on the home patch, by two goals to nil, Noma
03:54Wene earning the second half,
03:56and then Porik Almond setting up Tommy Lonegan, to make it two nil, bringing stuff from Warford, and they go
04:03through.
