00:00Just the fact from Washington, D.C., back in New York, horrible news coming from the Rangers.
00:08Igor Shosturkin is out for the season after exiting the second period of their loss to the Capitals last night
00:15in D.C.
00:17Just devastating news for a twin that was off to such a great start.
00:23He was such a big part of it, too.
00:25He was off to one of the best starts for the season that I had ever seen.
00:30The vibes are obviously really great, and with the wing taken out of their sails a little bit here.
00:38Dylan Garand, rookie goalie, is going to be the starter for the foreseeable future.
00:43Junos Kondisala is going to be out at least four weeks for to come today.
00:48What do I buy for?
00:49Also got Joe Valeno.
00:51He's going to be out three, three and a half months with a lower body injury of his own.
00:56He's got a really large contingent of Rangers players who are starting the season on either injured reserve or long
01:04-term injured reserve.
01:06It's going to be a challenge for this Rangers team, but Dylan Garand has risen to the occasion each and
01:13every time the Rangers have asked him to.
01:16And hopefully, if they're safe, this time's no different, but we'll see what happens.
01:22We'll see what this team is really made of.
01:24And this season just got a whole lot more interesting than New York Vegas.
