00:11let's start with the basics pivot table has rows columns and value section as shown here
00:17with that being said in the pivot by the first argument is your row field in our pivot table
00:22which is going to be our produce and the origin in our example and the second argument is going
00:28to be our column field we're going to assign them to be the distributor and our third argument
00:33on the pivot by table would be the value of the pivot table which is going to be our cost
00:38here and the fourth argument is going to be sum this sum function is what we're going to
00:43apply to our values which is at the center portion of that pivot table here for the next argument
00:49we specify whether we want our field header or not we're not going to use any field header
00:55we're just going to leave it blank and for this example here the next one it pertains to calculating
01:00uh totals on your row or column here we need a grand total here so this grand total will appear
01:07right at the bottom if you need subtotal with a grand total you're going to assign here as two
01:12for example we're going to assign it as one over here the next one pertains to sorting order we're
01:18going to not going to use that all so we're going to leave it as blank and the last one
01:22pertains to the
01:23row total if you need the row total you're going to assign this to one if you don't need any
