Can a sauna makeover really hold the heat? I ripped out the old insulation, installed foil-faced PIR boards, and put it to the firewood test. The result: the sauna heats up faster, reaching about 70°C after three hours, with that proper bathhouse feel. Watch the transformation and see the results!
