00:00Hey, good morning. Thanks for calling the Andy Summer Show. Who's this?
00:04Hey, good morning. This is Zach Topp calling.
00:06Zach Topp!
00:07Zach Topp!
00:08What's going on?
00:10We don't have an interview schedule with you.
00:13You didn't? They told me we did.
00:15Oh, well, we love hearing from Zach Topp.
00:17They must have been talking about somebody else.
00:19Okay.
00:21No, I think what they wanted to do was just put, like, the most talented, best-looking people on the
00:26phone together.
00:27Yes, that has to be it.
00:28And then we'll see what happens.
00:29I mean, magic, probably, right?
00:33Usually. Usually magic when that happens, yes.
00:36You're used to that. Yeah, we get it.
00:38No, actually, what I'm calling about is I'm here to congratulate you, everybody on the Andy Summer Show.
00:46You are the CMA Broadcast Award winner for Major Market Personality of the Year.
00:51Let's go!
00:53Oh, my gosh!
00:56Oh, my best call ever!
00:58And we know he never lies.
00:59He never lies!
01:00That's right.
01:01This could not be a joke.
01:03I never lie.
01:04So, anyways.
01:07Oh, my gosh!
01:07Wow!
01:08That's insane!
01:10Yeah, congratulations.
01:12Andy, I guess this is your third win?
01:14It is!
01:15Wow!
01:15Yeah, and I've been here for almost three decades, so it's not like I just rack them up like it's
01:20nothing.
01:22Yeah.
01:23No, that's phenomenal.
01:24And congratulations to everybody else on the first time around.
01:27But, yeah, big day for y'all.
01:29Super excited for you.
01:31And, yeah, just congratulations again.

01:41Very excited for you.
01:43And then we'll see you, right?
01:44You'll be at the show?
01:47If they let me in there, I will try to come see you, yes.
01:50All right.
01:51Well, we look forward to it.
01:52Zach Topp, you're amazing.
01:54Thank you so much for the great news this morning!
01:57Y'all are amazing.

02:02Okay, bye now.
02:04Bye.
02:05Oh, my gosh, guys.
02:07Nice!
02:09Little reaction from the room.
02:12How is everybody feeling right now?
02:14Andy, let's start with you.
02:15How are you feeling?
02:16I'm overwhelmed.
02:17I'm overwhelmed.
02:18I forgot to talk to the microphone.
02:20So overwhelmed, 30 years in radio, forgot her microphone.
02:22Shannon had to tell me.
02:25Yeah, I am.
02:27Wow.
02:28I literally was just saying, because we knew the call would come today.
02:31Yeah.
02:31And they tell everyone who's nominated.
02:34And I was like, I just said to Jeff, well, we didn't get the call.
02:37Well, I thought the same thing.
02:38I ran to the bathroom in 90 seconds, like 30 minutes ago, just to get it done.
02:43And then I was sitting on the couch.
02:45Andy and I were just saying how we weren't thinking this was going to happen for us.
02:49And that's okay.
02:50And, you know, that's a bummer.
02:52Wow.
02:53It doesn't feel real.
02:54It doesn't feel real.
02:54I don't know what to do with my hands.
02:55I know.
02:56You can put them on your cheeks, like Home Alone, like I'm doing right now.
02:59Because I'm like, what?
03:01And from Zach Topp.
03:02You guys.
03:03The coolest.
03:04Sweet.
03:04Well, listen, I was talking to a members of the Summer Squad at an event last week.
03:09And, you know, we were talking a little bit about Andy, see how she's doing.
03:12You know, they wanted your update, Andy.
03:13And then they just followed up with saying, you guys just all seem to really care about each other.
03:20And really love each other.
03:21It's true.
03:22And I was like, through thick and thin.
03:24I mean, right now, thick.
03:26Andy's going through these treatments.
03:27She's in and out of studios.
03:28She's working so hard.
03:29She's doing so great.
03:30When I had my baby, when my wife had our babies, you guys picked up where I had left off.
03:36But even through thin, just day in, day out, we come here.
03:39We make each other laugh.
03:40We work hard.
03:41This is a team here.
03:42This is the team that has major market personalities of the year, guys.
03:46You guys.
03:47Wow.
03:48Amazing.
