Danny Dyer has sailed a giant 'pile of poo' emoji under Tower Bridge as part of a sewage pollution stunt on the Thames. The actor joined Labour MP Kevin McKenna to sail the inflatable up the river before taking a petition to No 10 Downing Street demanding the water industry be brought back into public ownership.
