Does more knowledge always lead to more faith? In this video, we analyze Sahih al-Bukhari 20, where the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) addresses a group of companions who thought they should exert themselves in worship even more than he did.

The Prophet (pbuh) corrected them by saying: "By Allah, I am the most God-fearing of you and I know Allah better than you do."

Key Lessons from this Hadith:

Balance in Worship: Why the Prophet (pbuh) discouraged extreme asceticism that goes beyond the Sunnah.

The Goal of Knowledge: Real knowledge of Allah (Ma'rifah) should lead to deeper Taqwa (piety/fear), not just more rituals.

The Prophet as the Standard: Understanding that no one can outdo the Messenger of Allah in devotion or sincerity.

Intentions in Deeds: How to ensure our "religious zeal" stays within the healthy boundaries of the Sunnah.
