00:35Nais din ibahagi ng DOST sa mga local government unit kung saan ginawa ang mga materyales upang makabili sila
00:41ng sarili nilang water filtration at desalination equipment.
00:46But as to the DOST, as mentioned, we want to propose 400 to 500 million pesos of assistance
