00:00First battle of the Hudson of the season.
00:02How do you see that matchup?
00:03That Devils team is going to want to make a statement.
00:06They're looking at the standings already.
00:08You know, you look at a Carolina and then a lot of people are talking about Washington.
00:11And I think the New Jersey Devils thought they would be in that top three.
00:14For them to make a statement, they would try to beat a very good Rangers team at home.
00:19And there's the whole history of the rivalry.
00:21I like the Devils mix.
00:23I think it's going to be a challenge.
00:24I just don't.
00:25They didn't do anything in Manhattan.
00:27But there's no more Igor.
00:28So this is going to be an interesting battle for me.
00:31I think there's a ton of skill in Jersey.
00:34I think if the Rangers just play their game, sort of like what we expected out of them against Tampa.
00:40I thought that was going to be a challenge.
00:42They stuck with their system and their program.
00:43That's why that game meant so much to me as a fan being like, okay, maybe they really did learn
00:49something.
00:49That Devils team some nights looks like the Globetrotters and some nights it's like, where are you going?
00:55Because they're built on instinct and they have some high-end skill like Jesper Bratt and Jack Hughes, obviously, are
01:02dynamic players.
01:03Just don't put them in overtime because Jack Hughes will score another goal and win the game in overtime.
01:09And he'll throw a stick in the crowd because he's at home.
01:11Let's go.
01:11Let's go.
01:11Let's go.
