00:05Inner Mongolia is developing into one of China's data center hotspots.
00:10Places like Ulanchab, where cool climates and abundant wind and solar resources have
00:16attracted the likes of Huawei, Alibaba and others who are setting up shop here.
00:21So far, there are over 100 data center projects in the works, creating huge demand for infrastructure
00:27maintenance professionals.
00:28Local human resources authorities have responded by running over 20 skills training courses.
00:37With so many data centers under construction, there's an urgent need for talent.

01:04Suddenly, all these things you've barely heard have started appearing.
01:08Big name companies, the ones nearly everybody knows, came here.
01:12I was shocked that Wulanchab could attract them.
01:16I felt like this was my second chance to change my life.
01:20Already this year, more than 20 new data center projects have been launched in Yulang Chab.
