00:01Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has rejected U.S. President's claim that he is more difficult to deal with than Russian
00:08President Vladimir Putin.
00:10Speaking to Euronews on Friday at an EU summit in Brussels, Zelenskyy was asked about Donald Trump's criticism.
00:43The remarks come amid tensions between Kyiv and Zelenskyy.
00:51Trump has criticized the strikes, blaming them for contributing to rising global fuel prices.
00:58Zelenskyy said his priority was to defend Ukraine, adding that it is clear that we have the right to defend
01:04ourselves.
01:05The Ukrainian President said Ukraine remained committed to ending the war but accused Putin of having no genuine interest in
01:13a peace agreement.
01:14Putin doesn't want to win right now, in any form.
01:19He plays with the words that they respond absolutely.
01:25It looks like a parody of the real wish of the end of the war.
01:32He doesn't want to end the war.
01:35I'm confident that Donbass is too low for him.
01:39European leaders have meanwhile sought to maintain pressure on Moscow, despite Washington's decision to ease some sanctions.
01:47He is welcome.
