05:17the other day I shared a video about how my parents and I have gone no contact

05:20and it has been fascinating to see the world respond to me

05:23over on tiktok about 80 of the comments are nothing but encouraging and supporting and relating and loving

05:28and those comments are coming from all races which we will be important in a moment

05:31uh 20 of those comments over on tiktok are not kind but they're not cruel either

05:36what I find fascinating is that 80 20 ratio is flipped on instagram

05:39now I have about a dozen private messages thanking me for sharing my voice

05:43people asking me how they can be better foster parents

05:45a few people truly relating to my experience

05:47but about 80 of those comments on instagram are coming from white people and white people only

05:52calling me the n-word and saying I should have either been aborted or put in the dumpster

05:55and the consensus from the white collective on instagram is that I'm a fat ungrateful bitch

05:59who was fed well and my parents dodged a bullet

06:02I never said I wasn't grateful

06:05you don't have to say it

06:09yeah one of those okay um actions speak louder than words
