01:07had surfaced and had been doing the rounds since, in fact, October 16th itself.

01:19And that very day, in that very video footage that I am speaking of,
01:23you could see that the police had put barricades just to keep the crowd in check
01:28but the barricades had been breached because of the surging crowd.
01:32So if this is a situation that had already been flagged on two subsequent days,
01:37that is October 16th and October 17th, Friday and Saturday,
01:40why is it that the police didn't make enough arrangements?
01:44That remains to be another question.
