00:01A 46-year-old tuition teacher has been charged in the KL Sessions Court
00:06over a series of sexual offences against three boys, all aged 11.
00:11MD Sebastian, who is also a primary school teacher,
00:15faced four counts of physical sexual assault,
00:18allegedly committed at a house in Kampung Muhibah, Jalan Puchong,
00:22between July and September,
00:24under the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017.
00:27If convicted, he can be jailed up to 20 years and whipped.
00:32He also faced two counts of carnal intercourse against the Order of Nature
00:37involving the same victims,
00:39allegedly on September 18th and 30th at the same location,
00:43which also served as a tuition centre.
00:46The charges were framed under Section 377C of the Penal Code,
00:51which carries the same maximum jail term and whipping.
00:54He pleaded not guilty to all charges.
00:58The court granted bail of RM40,000 with one surety
01:02on the condition that he does not harass the victims or witnesses,
01:06surrenders his passport and reports to a police station once a month.
