00:25where two groups of people are talking and i i can't be in the conversation i think some people
00:30out there assume that a spacex and tesla merger is is a certainty and i think that would be
00:34overstating it do i think it would be a good idea yes but at the end of the day the
00:39shareholders
00:39have to be supportive of this particularly on on the tesla side we will need a a 50 vote of

00:45shares not just those who vote but of all shareholders that's quite a high hurdle to to
00:50try to achieve i can just say that this point that the special committees have have not reached
00:54agreement on on on the on the terms of any transaction and obviously there's no guarantee
