01:07we're negotiating with Russia right now on Ukraine.
01:11We are maybe close to a deal for the first time in a long time.

01:17When you're close to a deal and you have very delicate negotiations,
01:20you don't put sanctions on.
01:22And the other thing, we have decimated Iran.
01:27Russia has had very little input into Iran.
01:30They have, certainly they could have done a lot more,
01:33but I'm not sure they did almost anything.
01:35That's something that you have to take into consideration also.
01:39So we've beaten Iran.
01:40We continue to beat Iran.
01:42And Russia and China, frankly,
01:44have not been certainly much of a player.
01:47And we appreciate that.
01:48So the people that say that, oh, let's put sanctions on,
01:51you know, I have the right to do them at any day.
01:54If they behave badly, if they be...

02:36the negotiation would obviously come immediately to an end.
