00:00Hi, good morning. My name is Inushka DiGiorgio and I'm a survivor of Jeffrey Epstein and
00:06Ghislaine Maxwell. I stand here today alongside my fellow survivor, Julia Molchnova, in solidarity
00:14and in support of this lawsuit and of holding accountable those who knowingly enabled Epstein
00:20and Maxwell to abuse women and girls for so many years. My abuse did not happen in isolation.
00:27It could not have continued for as long as it did without people facilitating it, looking
00:32the other way or choosing to do nothing to stop it. Accountability cannot end with Epstein
00:39and Maxwell. It must extend to those who knowingly made their abuse possible, especially those
00:45who stand to profit from it. That includes anyone who knowingly helped make Epstein appear
00:52legitimate to conceal his abuse of women and girls. Those who helped protect that image
00:59must also answer for their role. We cannot undo what happened or return what was taken from
01:05us. But we can demand answers. We can pursue justice. And we can insist that wealth, power
01:12and influence never place anyone beyond accountability. I want to thank New Mexico Attorney General Torres
01:19for standing with survivors, for supporting this lawsuit and for his commitment to pursuing
01:26justice. For all of us who have lived with the consequences of this abuse, that commitment
01:33matters. We have carried this burden for long enough. It is time for those responsible to answer
01:40for their part in it.
01:51Hello, everyone. My name is Julia Molchanova. First of all, I want to thank Attorney General Torres
01:57and the state of New Mexico for taking this important step. I have waited years to see action that seeks
02:04to hold Epstein enablers accountable. And seeing New Mexico take these steps means a lot to
02:10me. As a survivor, I know how difficult it is to stand up and speak out. Not only against
02:18Jeffrey Epstein, but also against the people who helped make his abuse possible. What happened to me
02:24changed my life. And even today, I'm still living with consequences. Epstein, death did not make these
02:34consequences disappear. And it did not end my need for the justice. But I want to make something very
02:42clear. Epstein didn't act alone. This lawsuit seeks answers about the people who helped him and the roles
02:51they played. I believe these answers are long overdue. I find it deeply troubling that Darren and I can't
03:00stand to receive millions from Epstein estate. While survivors continue to live with the consequences
03:09of his abuse. I believe we need to understand the full extent of their roles. And anyone found responsible
03:18for helping enable that abuse should be held accountable, not financially rewarded.
03:23For years, survivors have been fighting for answers and accountability. But I strongly believe we should
03:31not have to carry this burden alone. Our justice system has its responsibility to pursue the truth
03:37and use every available legal tool to seek justice. And that responsibility should apply to everyone
03:45regardless of their money, power or influence. I'm grateful that Attorney General Torres is taking this action and
03:54making clear that the pursuit of accountability is not over. Because at the end of the day, this is not
04:01about the past. It is about the truth. It's about the justice. And it's about making sure that accountability
04:08does not end with Epstein. Subscribe to One India and never miss an update. Download the One India app now.
