00:01Ever ruined a metal project with a garbage polishing disk?
00:05Yeah, me too.
00:07So I went hunting for the best nylon flap polishing wheels under $5 for metal and found 5 absolute gems.
00:14Let's dive in.
00:16First up, this 320-grit nylon fiber flap disk.
00:20The kicker?
00:22It comes in 100, 115, and 125-millimeter sizes, so it fits basically any angle grinder you own.
00:30That 320-grit leaves a smooth final finish on steel or aluminum.
00:35At $4.48, with nearly 5,000 sold and a 4.7 rating, it's the workhorse I keep coming back
00:42to.
00:43Number 2 is the new Odunco 115-millimeter flap disk, and this thing is the all-rounder.
00:50Metal, wood, rust removal, paint cleanup, one-disc handles it all without gouging your workpiece.
00:55It's sitting at a 4.9 rating from almost 5,000 buyers, which is wild for something this cheap.
01:02At $4.56, it's the safest bet on this list.
01:07Next, the 4.5-inch, 180-grit flap wheel.
01:11If you only grab one grit, make it this one who 180 is the sweet spot for general buffing,
01:16aggressive enough to clean up welds, gentle enough not to chew through your metal.
01:21Over 4,000 buyers agree.
01:24$4.56, 4.8 stars.
01:28Done.
01:29Now my favorite deal, this non-woven flap disk set comes in 4, 4.5, and 5-inch sizes,
01:35plus a full grit lineup, 120, 180, 240, and 320.
01:41That's course to fine in one purchase, and it's the cheapest here at just $3.72.
01:47A 4.9 rating on top of that?
01:50No-brainer.
