00:00:05Impress whenever it touches her for three years. I've been tearing out my scales with my own hands brewing this
00:00:11for her
00:00:17Keeping her healthy and beautiful
00:00:24I'll protect her one last time after that we'll owe each other nothing
00:00:30I
00:00:38Come in just leave the stoop by the bed
00:00:56What are you doing here
00:01:01I
00:01:01Relax Adriana this pillows too stiff to sleep on thought I'd trade it for a song
00:01:08Please get into the cabin with your lung condition. You can't withstand a storm like this father who could be
00:01:14so important that you have to meet them yourself
00:01:19Someone who can decide whether the Ashford family lives or dies get into the cabin
00:01:24No one is allowed to come out without my permission
00:01:35He's alive? Why is he nailed to the rock?
00:01:50You're kindness saved me child in return. I'll make you the true master of these seas and you'll never have
00:01:56to struggle to survive again really?
00:02:02Keep this safe whenever you need my help go to the storm's throat at the far north edge of the
00:02:07Atlantic and sound this horn
00:02:24Oh
00:02:24Oh great sea god your faithful servant Edmund Ashford has returned once again to greet you
00:02:30Edmund
00:02:3240 years was it since we last spoke what brings you here today?
00:02:36My lord my days are numbered I fear neither of my daughters can keep this family together after I'm gone
00:02:41I know I am but a humble servant
00:02:43But would you grant me one final favor as a reward for my 60 years of faithful service?
00:02:49Would you please protect my family?
00:02:53For three years after I'm gone very well. I will protect the Ashford family for three more years after that
00:03:00my duty to your family ends
00:03:12Father
00:03:16Father who is this as you can see a fisherman you can call me Magnus a fisherman father you risked
00:03:22your life bringing us into the storm for this fisherman quiet
00:03:26I have an announcement
00:03:28From this day forward Magnus is going to be Adriana's husband
00:03:33Father what are you saying you want me to marry a fisherman? I've never even met he's right. This is
00:03:38crazy
00:03:39Besides Adriana's already dating Sebastian Haverworth
00:03:48This isn't up for discussion if you want to inherit my estate and title you'll do as I say
00:03:54Father, please don't do this
00:03:58Fine I'll marry him
00:04:08The man before you commands the entire sea if you can't earn his heart within the next three years our
00:04:14family and its legacy will not survive
00:04:16I don't know what you did to convince my father to trust you
00:04:19But I'm telling you now it won't work on me. This marriage is a formality nothing more. I will never
00:04:24love you
00:04:30Perhaps in three years they'll change your mind
00:04:35Sure, he might be Adriana's husband, but everyone knows it's only on paper
00:04:40She won't even look at it
00:04:42So true three years and all the man's done is mop decks and catch minnows. He's basically a glory decade
00:04:51Magnus don't think you can just slack off. We've got a route to plan go count the cargo hold
00:04:56Come on lads that beer is not going to drink itself
00:05:02One of Ashford's finest take her down and we'll have enough coin for booze and women for months
00:05:10Sharpen up boys
00:05:11Ram her
00:05:20You have three seconds to leave these waters or suffer the consequences
00:05:27What suicidal scully head dare stand between me and my fortune do you wish for death?
00:05:36Three
00:05:39Two you asked for this one fuck you
00:06:01Full sail grab that bastard
00:06:20A monster! It's a kraken! RUN! RETREAT!
00:06:26A monster! It's a kraken! RUN! RETREAT!
00:06:42For three years
00:06:43For three years, I've protected this family in secret
00:06:46I've turned storms away from their fleet
00:06:49Kept sea beasts out of their path
00:06:52I promise you, the Ashford family ships will sail to every continent on earth
00:06:57Only three days left, three more days, and then my duty here is done
00:07:09Magnus! Lady Adriana collapsed. It's her anemia. You need to go. Now!
00:07:24I hear your fisherman husband is awfully obedient
00:07:27I think it's just an act so he can keep living off your family for free
00:07:32Ooh, let's make a bet, Adriana
00:07:34If it comes down to it, do you think he'd give his own blood for you?
00:07:37Now that's an idea!
00:07:39Ten gold? Des he wouldn't!
00:07:41Dock rats are always out for themselves
00:07:43Fine! Ten gold for me too? I say he would!
00:07:48Elloween, is your brother-in-law actually reliable or not?
00:07:52Please! Magnus is completely whipped
00:07:55He'd hand over his own heart if she asked
00:07:57We've got this bet in the bag
00:08:04Adriana, lie down, quick! Leave the rest to us!
00:08:11Oh!
00:08:20Kim, what happened to Adriana?
00:08:25Her anemia flared up! She needs a blood transfusion or she'll die!
00:08:30Take my blood
00:08:31Take as much as you need
00:08:35Magnus, you'll really do it?
00:08:43I knew it! Pay up, boys! A bet's a bet!
00:08:47Fuck it! Why is he so goddamn loyal?
00:08:53This is unbelievable! Adriana, how'd you train him?
00:09:01Adriana? You're... all right?
00:09:05Of course! Don't make such a big deal about it!
00:09:08They just wanted to play a little prank on you!
00:09:10Look at him! He's like a trained circus animal!
00:09:12And now I'm out ten gold coins!
00:09:18Make him do a few tricks for us! It'll be hilarious!
00:09:21Come on! Have him do something!
00:09:22Everyone's dying for a little entertainment!
00:09:37You'd really let them humiliate your own husband?
00:09:41Honestly, Magnus, relax! It was a joke! You don't need to make a whole thing out of it!
00:09:49Careful! You and my sister are married in name only!
00:09:52If she weren't so generous, we would have thrown you out ages ago!
00:09:56Forget it! Three days, and the deal's over!
00:09:59I'll be gone, and I'll have nothing more to do with this family!
00:10:03See what I mean? He's like a barnaker we can't get rid of!
00:10:08Enough, Eloise!
00:10:10I'm not wrong, though!
00:10:14It's getting late. Everyone should go home.
00:10:18I'll go run your bath.
00:10:20Sis, don't bother explaining yourself to this petty loser. He's useless anyway!
00:10:26Eloise, he's my husband, and your brother-in-law.
00:10:34Ugh, gross!
00:10:44Drink it while it's hot. It's good for you.
00:10:48Miss Ashford, we're in big trouble! The fleet carrying Princess Rosalind is trapped in the Devil's Triangle!
00:10:53The Devil's Triangle? That water's supposed to be crawling with monsters everyone steers clear.
00:10:58And that ship's carrying Princess Rosalind and half the Royal Treasury. We're screwed if it sinks!
00:11:03How could this happen?
00:11:05Don't worry about it, Adriana. Leave it to me.
00:11:08Oh, please!
00:11:09You're a fisherman. What exactly are you going to do out there besides drown?
00:11:13Wave that rusty old spear at a sea monster?
00:11:15Enough, Magnus. We don't have time for this now.
00:11:30Hey, Mr. Magnus, where are you going?
00:11:36Just a quick trip to the Devil's Triangle. You should go home before your mother gets worried.
00:11:43The Devil's Triangle?
00:11:52Adriana! This is it. Remember Sebastian? He's a general in the Royal Knave now.
00:11:56He commands the entire coastal fleet. He's the only one who can pull off a rescue out there.
00:12:01Eloise, I'm already married.
00:12:03Sister, Sebastian is the only one who can fix this.
00:12:07Don't worry. We've kept in touch all this time. He's never stopped thinking about you.
00:12:11Just one word from you and he'll help us.
00:12:13I'll write. I'll write to him now.
00:12:29Damn it. Why are they auditing the war funds now?
00:12:32Where the hell am I supposed to find the money to cover everything I took?
00:12:37General, a letter for you. From the Ashford House.
00:12:49Well, isn't this perfect? Just when I needed money to cover my tracks, the solution walks right through my door.
00:12:57So she's still hung up on me, is she?
00:13:00Perfect. Handling her crisis handles mine, and I'll get her back in the process.
00:13:27You should have stayed in your abyss. Instead, you came all this way just to die.
00:13:54I'll get her back in the process.
00:14:02I'll get her back in the process.
00:14:11Please, wait. May I ask your name?
00:14:14Magnus.
00:14:19Call me Rosalind. I am the princess of the kingdom of Kassiria.
00:14:23You saved my life. If you'll have me, I would gladly marry you.
00:14:29I'm honored, princess, but I'm already married.
00:14:43Princess, I failed to protect you. I await your punishment.
00:14:47You're forgiven. Write to my father at once.
00:14:50I want to know everything there is to know about Magnus, the hero who saved me.
00:14:54Find him and bring him to me yourself.
00:15:06Don't worry. Sebastian said he'll help us.
00:15:13My lady, Lord Sebastian has arrived.
00:15:28Adriana, I came as soon as I got your letter. Don't worry. Nothing will happen to your fleet as long
00:15:34as I'm there.
00:15:39Oh. Thank you. I'm sorry for the trouble. I'll make sure you're well compensated when this is over.
00:15:50Adriana, after all these years, I still love you.
00:15:56This shop's honey cake is Adriana's favorite.
00:16:11This isn't what you think. Sebastian and I haven't seen each other in years. This is just courtesy.
00:16:17Adriana, is this the fisherman your father married you off to?
00:16:21Who is he? Why was he holding you?
00:16:24Listen, it's just a misunderstanding.
00:16:27Misunderstanding? Please. You're the one who doesn't belong here.
00:16:31If you'd never shown up, my sister and Sebastian would already be married and living a perfect life.
00:16:39Hello. I'm Sebastian, general of the Royal Navy. Pleasure to meet you.
00:16:44Sebastian commands the Royal Navy, the most powerful force Kassiria has.
00:16:49He's ten times the man you'll ever be, so you better show some respect.
00:16:54Magnus, he's just an old friend. Play nice.
00:17:02Oh, sorry. You haven't washed your hands, have you? I'm a bit of a German folk. Forgive me.
00:17:10Wonderful news, my lady. The fleet made it back, safe and sound.
00:17:14Princess Rosaland is safe, and nothing on the ships was damaged.
00:17:18Yay! See? I told you Sebastian would come through, unlike some people who are all talk and no action.
00:17:26Thank you. If you hadn't sent the Navy, my fleet would never have made it home.
00:17:31What? The fleet actually escaped the Triangle? Did they get lucky or something?
00:17:36Have you lost your mind? No one has ever come out of the Devil's Triangle alive, and you want to
00:17:41send our Navy in there?
00:17:44Unless the Sea God himself intervenes. The crew on those ships are dead already. There's no other possibility.
00:17:51It was nothing. I sent our finest deep-sea fleet as soon as I got your letter. Thank goodness we
00:17:55weren't too late.
00:17:56Glad I could help.
00:17:57The Navy didn't save the fleet. No mortal can set foot in the Devil's Triangle and live.
00:18:01Shut up, Magnus!
00:18:04Oh, so now you're calling Sebastian a liar? Please, tell us. Who else could have possibly saved them?
00:18:09You're right. It was me.
00:18:12Give me a break. You're lying through your teeth just to steal Sebastian's stunder? Look in the mirror. You're not
00:18:18that impressive.
00:18:19Magnus, stop it. Apologize to Sebastian.
00:18:23Eh, it's fine. He's just worried about the fleet, that's all.
00:18:30Sebastian, it's getting late. You must be exhausted from the ride. Stay at the manor tonight.
00:18:36You'll take the sudge. Clear out your room for Sebastian. He's our guest of honor.
00:18:41What?
00:18:46Forget it. I'm leaving tomorrow anyway. Whoever lives in that room afterward is none of my concern.
00:18:54Didn't expect you to know your place that well. You should know by now that you were never good enough
00:19:00for Adriana.
00:19:01She was never meant to be a fisherman's wife. Don't worry, though. I'll take very good care of her for
00:19:08you.
00:19:18The sea wind left Adriana with a lasting affliction.
00:19:22Her skin blisters and fress whenever it touches her.
00:19:25For three years, I've been tearing out my scales with my own hands, brewing this for her.
00:19:36Keeping her healthy and beautiful.
00:19:42I'll protect her one last time. After that, we'll owe each other nothing.
00:19:57Come in. Just leave the stoop by the bed.
00:20:15What are you doing here?
00:20:20Oh, relax, Adriana.
00:20:22This pillow's too stiff to sleep on.
00:20:24Thought I'd trade it for a softer one.
00:20:27Turn around. I'm getting dressed.
00:20:32Let go of me, Sebastian.
00:20:34I'm married.
00:20:36Don't do this.
00:20:39Eloise told me everything.
00:20:41You've been married for three years, but never once shared a bed with him.
00:20:45Admit it, Adriana.
00:20:46There's no room for him in your heart.
00:20:49Only me.
00:20:52Fine. I admit it. I never forgot you.
00:21:05Adriana.
00:21:07I've thought about you every day for the past three years.
00:21:10My feelings for you have never changed.
00:21:13Please, leave that washed-up fisherman and be with me.
00:21:20Sebastian.
00:21:22I never forgot you, but...
00:21:26I know you still have feelings for me.
00:21:29So stop holding back and just follow your heart.
00:21:44Sebastian, you've got this all wrong.
00:21:46I have a husband.
00:21:53He's just your husband on paper, nothing more.
00:21:57Stop lying to yourself, Adriana.
00:21:58You want me.
00:22:00No!
00:22:02Sebastian, you can't do this.
00:22:05I'm married.
00:22:06Let me go!
00:22:09So what if you're married?
00:22:11He's worthless.
00:22:13You need a real man.
00:22:14Let me go!
00:22:28Get your hands off my wife.
00:22:30I'll kill you!
00:22:43Adriana?
00:22:46Why?
00:22:50I didn't mean to.
00:22:52You're the one who went after Sebastian.
00:22:58Sebastian.
00:22:59Are you all right?
00:23:03I'm fine.
00:23:04I'm fine.
00:23:05I'm fine.
00:23:08Magnus.
00:23:10Apologize to Mr. Haververd.
00:23:12Now.
00:23:12You want me to apologize?
00:23:15He did that to you and you're still protecting him?
00:23:19I said apologize.
00:23:21I said apologize.
00:23:21Now.
00:23:23I refuse.
00:23:29I'm sorry, Adriana.
00:23:31Seeing you again, I lost myself for a moment.
00:23:35Let's sit.
00:23:36Talk this through.
00:23:38It...
00:23:41No need.
00:23:42I think you need to cool off first.
00:23:55Damn it.
00:24:05Three years, and this is all I get to keep.
00:24:09My first birthday in this family.
00:24:23Here.
00:24:24This is yours now.
00:24:25Happy birthday.
00:24:28I'm exhausted.
00:24:29Gonna go to bed.
00:24:32The things I once treasured.
00:24:34Now.
00:24:34None of it really matters anymore.
00:24:38Morning, Magnus.
00:24:40What are you up to?
00:24:45Here, Jack.
00:24:46This is yours now.
00:24:47No.
00:24:48I can't take this.
00:24:53None of it matters anymore.
00:24:55I should just let it go.
00:24:59Besides, I'll be leaving soon.
00:25:01You're leaving?
00:25:03Where?
00:25:09I know you're upset.
00:25:10I shouldn't have hit you last night.
00:25:13But can't you cut me some slack and stop sulking about it?
00:25:17I'm not sulking.
00:25:21Come on.
00:25:22You started it.
00:25:23I only asked you to apologize.
00:25:26That bastard was assaulting you.
00:25:27I did that to protect you.
00:25:29You?
00:25:30Protect me?
00:25:34Where were you when I was carving out trade routes?
00:25:37When the fleet was in danger?
00:25:38When this family faced ruin?
00:25:40Where were you?
00:25:41And now you attack the man who saved us and call that protecting me.
00:25:45Adriana.
00:25:46You have never once seen me.
00:25:48Ever.
00:25:52After father died,
00:25:54I carried this whole business myself.
00:25:57I sailed every route,
00:25:59dealt with every flash,
00:26:00and built this family to what it is today.
00:26:02What exactly have you done besides mop decks,
00:26:05mend ropes,
00:26:06and make soup nobody needed?
00:26:10Never mind.
00:26:12Today is the last day.
00:26:14My duty is done.
00:26:15It's time to tell you the truth.
00:26:17You think every Ashford ship has sailed clear of pirates
00:26:20all these years because your routes were just that good?
00:26:23Of course.
00:26:24Let me tell you,
00:26:26none of it was ever your doing.
00:26:28I have been standing between you
00:26:30and every disaster this sea could throw at you
00:26:33in secret.
00:26:33What did you just say?
00:26:42I am so disappointed in you.
00:26:46I thought you were just jealous.
00:26:49I never imagined you were this vain.
00:26:52Do you know what I need?
00:26:53A man who shields me from the storm.
00:26:56Not a loser who shows up after the fact to steal credit.
00:27:00Is that how you see me?
00:27:02How you've always seen me?
00:27:08Listen.
00:27:09Sebastian helped us this time,
00:27:11and we'll need the Navy's protection going forward.
00:27:14Come with me,
00:27:16ask for forgiveness,
00:27:17and I can forget what happened last night.
00:27:21No.
00:27:22I won't do it.
00:27:24This isn't a negotiation.
00:27:27I'm warning you.
00:27:29Apologize,
00:27:29or we're getting a divorce.
00:27:33Do you think you actually matter here?
00:27:36If it weren't for my father's will,
00:27:38I'd replace you in a heartbeat.
00:27:45So,
00:27:46you're telling me you feel trapped by this marriage?
00:27:51Fine.
00:27:52If that's the case,
00:27:56then I'll give you your freedom.
00:28:00We're getting a divorce.
00:28:22Father,
00:28:23please get into the cabin.
00:28:24With your lung condition, you can't withstand a storm like this.
00:28:27Father, who could be so important that you have to meet them yourself?
00:28:34Someone who can decide whether the Ashford family lives or dies.
00:28:38Get into the cavern. No one is allowed to come out without my permission.
00:28:50He's alive? Why is he nailed to the rock?
00:28:55No!
00:29:05Your kindness saved me, child.
00:29:07In return, I'll make you the true master of these seas, and you'll never have to struggle to survive again.
00:29:12Really?
00:29:17Keep this safe. Whenever you need my help, go to the storm's throat, at the far north edge of the
00:29:21Atlantic, and sound this horn.
00:29:38Oh, great sea god! Your faithful servant, Edmund Ashford, has returned once again to greet you.
00:29:45Edmund, 40 years was it since we last spoke. What brings you here today?
00:29:50My lord, my days are numbered. I fear neither of my daughters can keep this family together after I'm gone.
00:29:56I know I am but a humble servant, but would you grant me one final favor, as a reward for
00:30:01my 60 years of faithful service?
00:30:04Would you please protect my family for three years after I'm gone?
00:30:10Very well. I will protect the Ashford family for three more years.
00:30:14After that, my duty to your family ends.
00:30:27Father!
00:30:30Father, who is this?
00:30:31As you can see, a fisherman. You can call me Magnus.
00:30:35A fisherman? Father, you risked your life bringing us into the storm. For this fisherman?
00:30:39Quiet! I have an announcement. From this day forward, Magnus is going to be Adriana's husband.
00:30:47Father, what are you saying? You want me to marry a fisherman I've never even met?
00:30:52She's right. This is crazy. Besides, Adriana's already dating Sebastian Haverworth.
00:31:02This isn't up for discussion. If you want to inherit my estate and title, you'll do as I say!
00:31:09Father, please don't do this!
00:31:12Fine. I'll marry him.
00:31:23The man before you commands the entire sea. If you can't earn his heart within the next three years, our
00:31:29family and its legacy will not survive.
00:31:31I don't know what you did to convince my father to trust you, but I'm telling you now, it won't
00:31:35work on me.
00:31:36This marriage is a formality, nothing more. I will never love you.
00:31:44Perhaps in three years, they'll change your mind.
00:31:50Sure, he might be Adriana's husband, but everyone knows it's only on paper.
00:31:55She won't even look at him.
00:31:57So true. Three years and all the man's done is mop decks and catch minnows.
00:32:01He's basically a glory deckhead.
00:32:05Magnus, don't think you can just slack off. We've got a route to plan. Go count the cargo hold.
00:32:11Come on, lads. That beer's not going to drink itself.
00:32:13Yeah!
00:32:16Ha ha ha! One of Ashford's finest!
00:32:20Take her down, and we'll have enough coin for booze and women for months.
00:32:25Sharpen up, boys! Ram her!
00:32:28Yeah!
00:32:29Yeah!
00:32:35You have three seconds to leave these waters, or suffer the consequences.
00:32:42What suicidal scullyhead dares stand between me and my fortune? Do you wish for death?
00:32:51Three.
00:32:54Two.
00:32:55You asked for this.
00:32:57One.
00:32:58Fuck you! Fire! Blow that idiot to smithereens!
00:33:02Fire!
00:33:04All-out.
00:33:05Fire!
00:33:16Fire!
00:33:17Full sail! Ram that bastard!
00:33:20Hmph.
00:33:22Fire!
00:33:25Fire!
00:33:28Fire!
00:33:28Fire!
00:33:30Fire!
00:33:31Fire!
00:33:35A monster! It's a Kraken! Run! Retreat!
00:33:47Magnus! Keep it down out here! We're trying to play cards!
00:33:56For three years, I've protected this family in secret.
00:34:00I've turned storms away from their fleet.
00:34:03Kept sea beasts out of their path.
00:34:06I promise you, the Ashford family's ships will sail to every continent on Earth!
00:34:12Only three days left. Three more days, and then my duty here is done.
00:34:24Magnus! Lady Adriana collapsed. It's her anemia. You need to go. Now!
00:34:39I hear your fisherman husband is awfully obedient. I think it's just an act so he can keep living off
00:34:44your family for free.
00:34:46Ooh, let's make a bet, Adriana. If it comes down to it, do you think he'd give his own blood
00:34:51for you?
00:34:52Now that's an idea! Ten gold? Des he wouldn't!
00:34:56Doc rats are always out for themselves.
00:34:58Fine! Ten gold for me too? I say he would!
00:35:03Elloween, is your brother-in-law actually reliable or not?
00:35:07Please. Magnus is completely whipped. He'd hand over his own heart if she asked. We've got this bet in the
00:35:13bag.
00:35:19Adriana, lie down, quick. Leave the rest to us.
00:35:35Kim, what happened to Adriana?
00:35:40Her anemia flared up. She needs a blood transfusion or she'll die!
00:35:44Take my blood. Take as much as you need.
00:35:50Magnus, you'll really do it?
00:35:58I knew it! Pay up, boys! A bet's a bet!
00:36:02Fuck it. Why is he so goddamn loyal?
00:36:08This is unbelievable! Adriana, how'd you train him?
00:36:16Adriana? You're... alright?
00:36:20Of course. Don't make such a big deal about it. They just wanted to play a little prank on you.
00:36:24Look at him. He's like a trained circus animal. And now I'm out ten gold coins.
00:36:33Make him do a few tricks for us. It'll be hilarious.
00:36:36Come on, have him do something. Everyone's dying for a little entertainment.
00:36:51You'd really let them humiliate your own husband?
00:36:56Honestly, Magnus. Relax. It was a joke. You don't need to make a whole thing out of it.
00:37:04Careful. You and my sister are married in name only.
00:37:07If she weren't so generous, we would have thrown you out ages ago.
00:37:10Forget it. Three days and the deal's over.
00:37:13I'll be gone, and I'll have nothing more to do with this family.
00:37:18See what I mean? He's like a barnaker we can't get rid of.
00:37:23Enough, Eloise.
00:37:25I'm not wrong, though!
00:37:28It's getting late. Everyone should go home.
00:37:32I'll go run your bath.
00:37:35Sis, don't bother explaining yourself to this petty loser.
00:37:39He's useless anyway.
00:37:41Eloise, he's my husband. And your brother-in-law.
00:37:49Ugh, gross!
00:37:58Drink it while it's hot. It's good for you.
00:38:02Miss Ashford, we're in big trouble.
00:38:05The fleet carrying Princess Rosalind is trapped in the Devil's Triangle.
00:38:08The Devil's Triangle?
00:38:10That water's supposed to be crawling with monsters everyone steers clear.
00:38:13And that ship's carrying Princess Rosalind and half the royal treasury.
00:38:15We're screwed if it sinks!
00:38:18How could this happen?
00:38:19Don't worry about it, Adriana. Leave it to me.
00:38:22Oh, please. You're a fisherman.
00:38:25What exactly are you going to do out there besides drown?
00:38:27Wave that rusty old spear at a sea monster?
00:38:29Enough, Magnus. We don't have time for this now.
00:38:45Hey, Mr. Magnus. Where are you going?
00:38:50Just a quick trip to the Devil's Triangle.
00:38:53You should go home before your mother gets worried.
00:38:58The Devil's Triangle?
00:39:06Andriana! This is it. Remember Sebastian? He's a general in the Royal Knave now. He commands the entire coastal fleet.
00:39:13He's the only one who can pull off a rescue out there.
00:39:16Eloise, I'm already married.
00:39:18Sister! Sebastian is the only one who can fix this.
00:39:21Don't worry. We've kept in touch all this time. He's never stopped thinking about you.
00:39:25Just one word from you and he'll help us.
00:39:28I'll write. I'll write to him now.
00:39:30What?
00:39:44Dammit, why are they auditing the war funds now?
00:39:47Where the hell am I supposed to find the money to cover everything I took?
00:39:51General, a letter for you. From the Ashford House.
00:40:04Well, isn't this perfect?
00:40:06Just when I needed money to cover my tracks, the solution walks right through my door.
00:40:12So she's still hung up on me, is she?
00:40:14Perfect. Handling her crisis handles mine, and I'll get her back in the process.
00:40:26Am I going to die here?
00:40:39Am I going to die here?
00:40:42You should have stayed in your abyss.
00:40:44Instead you came all this way just to die.
00:41:08I just said introduces, if I was thinking Diedash.
00:41:12So go on, let's get some fun.
00:41:12Imogen.
00:41:12Facebook has to be told by the Sentry了.
00:41:14Am I going to die for forever?
00:41:26Please wait, may I ask your name?
00:41:29Magnus
00:41:34Call me Rosalind, I am the princess of the kingdom of Kassiria
00:41:38You saved my life, if you'll have me, I would gladly marry you
00:41:44I'm honored princess, but I'm already married
00:41:57Princess, I failed to protect you, I await your punishment
00:42:01You're forgiven, write to my father at once
00:42:05I want to know everything there is to know about Magnus, the hero who saved me
00:42:09Find him and bring him to me yourself
00:42:20Don't worry, Sebastian said he'll help us
00:42:28My lady, Lord Sebastian has arrived
00:42:43Adriana, I came as soon as I got your letter
00:42:46Don't worry, nothing will happen to your fleet as long as I'm there
00:42:52Oh
00:42:54Thank you
00:42:55I'm sorry for the trouble
00:42:57I'll make sure you're well compensated when this is over
00:43:03Adriana
00:43:05After all these years, I still love you
00:43:11This shop's honey cake is Adriana's favorite
00:43:25This isn't what you think
00:43:27Sebastian and I haven't seen each other in years
00:43:29This is just courtesy
00:43:31Adriana, is this the fisherman your father married you off to?
00:43:36Who is he?
00:43:37Why was he holding you?
00:43:39Listen, it's just a misunderstanding
00:43:42Misunderstanding?
00:43:43Please, you're the one who doesn't belong here
00:43:45If you'd never shown up, my sister and Sebastian would already be married and living a perfect life
00:43:53Hello, I'm Sebastian, General of the Royal Navy
00:43:57Pleasure to meet you
00:43:59Sebastian commands the Royal Navy, the most powerful force Kassiria has
00:44:04He's ten times the man you'll ever be, so you better show some respect
00:44:09Magnus, he's just an old friend
00:44:11Play nice
00:44:16Oh, sorry, you haven't washed your hands, have you?
00:44:19I'm a bit of a German folk, forgive me
00:44:25Wonderful news, my lady
00:44:26The fleet made it back, safe and sound
00:44:28Princess Rosaland is safe and nothing on the ships was damaged
00:44:32Yay! See? I told you Sebastian would come through
00:44:35Unlike some people, who are all talk and no action
00:44:40Thank you
00:44:42If you hadn't sent the Navy, my fleet would never have made it home
00:44:45What? The fleet actually escaped the Triangle?
00:44:48Did they get lucky or something?
00:44:50Have you lost your mind?
00:44:52No one has ever come out of the Devil's Triangle alive and you want to send our Navy in there?
00:44:59Unless the Sea God himself intervenes
00:45:01The crew on those ships are dead already
00:45:03There's no other possibility
00:45:06It was nothing
00:45:07I sent our finest deep sea fleet as soon as I got your letter
00:45:09Thank goodness we weren't too late
00:45:11Glad I could help
00:45:12The Navy didn't save the fleet
00:45:13No mortal can set foot in the Devil's Triangle and live
00:45:16Shut up, Magnus
00:45:18Oh, so now you're calling Sebastian a liar?
00:45:21Please, tell us
00:45:22Who else could have possibly saved them?
00:45:23You're right
00:45:24It was me
00:45:27Give me a break
00:45:28You're lying through your teeth just to steal Sebastian's stunder
00:45:31Look in the mirror
00:45:32You're not that impressive
00:45:34Magnus
00:45:35Stop it
00:45:36Apologize to Sebastian
00:45:37Eh, it's fine
00:45:39He's just worried about the fleet, that's all
00:45:44Sebastian
00:45:45It's getting late
00:45:46You must be exhausted from the ride
00:45:48Stay at the manor tonight
00:45:51You'll take the sudge
00:45:52Clear out your room for Sebastian
00:45:54He's our guest of honor
00:45:56What?
00:46:00Forget it, I'm leaving tomorrow anyway
00:46:02Whoever lives in that room afterward is none of my concern
00:46:08Didn't expect you to know your place that well
00:46:12You should know by now that you were never good enough for Adriana
00:46:16She was never meant to be a fisherman's wife
00:46:18Don't worry though
00:46:19I'll take very good care of her for you
00:46:48I'll take very good care of her for you
00:46:50Keeping her healthy and beautiful
00:46:57I'll protect her one last time
00:46:59After that
00:47:01We'll owe each other nothing
00:47:11Come in
00:47:12Come in
00:47:13Just leave the stoop by the bed
00:47:29What are you doing here?
00:47:37What are you doing here?
00:47:46Let go of me
00:47:48Sebastian
00:47:49I'm married
00:47:51Don't do this
00:47:53Eloise told me everything
00:47:56You've been married for three years
00:47:57But never once shared a bed with him
00:47:59Admit it, Adriana
00:48:01There's no room for him in your heart
00:48:03Only me
00:48:07Fine
00:48:08I admit it
00:48:09I never forgot you
00:48:20Adriana
00:48:22I've thought about you every day for the past three years
00:48:25My feelings for you have never changed
00:48:27Please
00:48:29Leave that washed up fisherman and be with me
00:48:35Sebastian
00:48:36I never forgot you, but
00:48:41I know you still have feelings for me
00:48:43So stop holding back and just follow your heart
00:48:59Sebastian, you've got this all wrong
00:49:00I have a husband
00:49:08He's just your husband on paper, nothing more
00:49:10Stop lying to yourself, Adriana
00:49:13You want me
00:49:14No
00:49:17Sebastian
00:49:18You can't do this
00:49:19I'm married
00:49:20Let me go
00:49:24So what if you're married?
00:49:26He's worthless
00:49:27You need a real man
00:49:29Let me go
00:49:29Let me go
00:49:43Get your hands off my wife
00:49:44I'll kill you
00:49:57Adriana
00:49:58Adriana?
00:50:01Why?
00:50:05I didn't mean to
00:50:06You're the one who went after Sebastian
00:50:13Sebastian
00:50:13Sebastian
00:50:14Are you alright?
00:50:17I'm fine
00:50:18I'm fine
00:50:23Magnus
00:50:25Apologize to Mr. Haververd
00:50:26Now
00:50:27You want me to apologize?
00:50:29He did that to you and you're still protecting him?
00:50:33I said apologize
00:50:35Now
00:50:38I refuse
00:50:44I'm sorry, Adriana
00:50:46Seeing you again, I lost myself for a moment
00:50:50Let's sit
00:50:51Talk this through
00:50:56No need
00:50:56No need
00:50:57I think you need to cool off first
00:51:09Damn it
00:51:19Three years
00:51:20And this is all I get to keep
00:51:23My first birthday
00:51:25In this family
00:51:38Here
00:51:38This is yours now
00:51:39Happy birthday
00:51:42Thank you
00:51:43I'm exhausted
00:51:44Gonna go to bed
00:51:46The things I once treasured
00:51:48Now
00:51:49None of it really matters anymore
00:51:53Morning, Magnus
00:51:54What are you up to?
00:51:59Here, Jack
00:52:01This is yours now
00:52:02No
00:52:02I can't take this
00:52:08None of it matters anymore
00:52:10I should just let it go
00:52:13Besides
00:52:14I'll be leaving soon
00:52:16You're leaving?
00:52:17Where?
00:52:23I know you're upset
00:52:25I shouldn't have hit you last night
00:52:27But can't you cut me some slack
00:52:29And stop sulking about it?
00:52:32I'm not sulking
00:52:36Come on
00:52:37You started it
00:52:38I only asked you to apologize
00:52:40That bastard was assaulting you
00:52:42I did that to protect you
00:52:44You?
00:52:45Protect me?
00:52:49Where were you when I was carving out trade routes?
00:52:51When the fleet was in danger?
00:52:53When this family faced ruin?
00:52:54Where were you?
00:52:56And now you attack the man who saved us
00:52:58And call that protecting me
00:52:59Adriana
00:53:00You have never once seen me
00:53:02Ever
00:53:06After father died
00:53:08I carried this whole business myself
00:53:11I sailed every route
00:53:13Dealt with every flash
00:53:14And built this family to what it is today
00:53:17What exactly have you done
00:53:19Besides mop decks
00:53:20Mend ropes
00:53:21And make soup nobody needed?
00:53:25Never mind
00:53:26Today is the last day
00:53:28My duty is done
00:53:29It's time for me the truth
00:53:31You think every Ashford ship
00:53:33Has sailed clear of pirates
00:53:35All these years
00:53:36Because your routes were just that good?
00:53:38Of course
00:53:38Let me tell you
00:53:40None of it was ever your doing
00:53:43I have been standing between you
00:53:45And every disaster this sea could throw at you
00:53:47In secret
00:53:48What did you just say?
00:53:57I am so disappointed in you
00:54:01I thought you were just jealous
00:54:03I never imagined you were this vain
00:54:06Do you know what I need?
00:54:08A man who shields me from the storm
00:54:11Not a loser who shows up after the fact
00:54:13To steal credit
00:54:14Is that how you see me?
00:54:17How you've always seen me?
00:54:22Listen
00:54:24Sebastian helped us this time
00:54:26And we'll need the Navy's protection going forward
00:54:29Come with me
00:54:30Ask for forgiveness
00:54:31And I can forget what happened last night
00:54:35No
00:54:37I won't do it
00:54:39This isn't a negotiation
00:54:41I'm warning you
00:54:43Apologize
00:54:44Or we're getting a divorce
00:54:48Do you think you actually matter here?
00:54:51If it weren't for my father's will
00:54:53I'd replace you
00:54:55In a heartbeat
00:55:00So
00:55:01You're telling me you feel trapped by this marriage
00:55:06Fine
00:55:06If that's the case
00:55:10Then I'll give you your freedom
00:55:14We're getting a divorce
00:55:37Please get into the cabin
00:55:39With your lung condition
00:55:40You can't withstand a storm like this
00:55:42Father
00:55:42Who could be so important
00:55:44That you have to meet them yourself?
00:55:49Someone who can decide
00:55:50Whether the Ashford family lives or dies
00:55:52Get into the cabin
00:55:53No one is allowed to come out
00:55:54Without my permission
00:56:04He's alive?
00:56:06Why is he nailed to the rock?
00:56:10No
00:56:20Your kindness saved me, child
00:56:21In return, I'll make you the true master of these seas
00:56:24And you'll never have to struggle to survive again
00:56:26Really?
00:56:31Keep this safe
00:56:32Whenever you need my help
00:56:34Go to the storm's throat
00:56:35At the far north edge of the Atlantic
00:56:36And sound this horn
00:56:53Oh, great sea god
00:56:54Your faithful servant, Edmund Ashford
00:56:57Has returned once again to greet you
00:56:59Edmund
00:57:01Forty years was it since we last spoke
00:57:03What brings you here today?
00:57:05My lord, my days are numbered
00:57:06I fear neither of my daughters
00:57:08Can keep this family together
00:57:09After I'm gone
00:57:10I know I am but a humble servant
00:57:12But would you grant me one final favor
00:57:15As a reward for my 60 years of faithful service
00:57:19Would you please protect my family
00:57:22For three years after I'm gone?
00:57:25Very well
00:57:25I will protect the Ashford family
00:57:27For three more years
00:57:28After that
00:57:30My duty to your family ends
00:57:41Father
00:57:42Father, who is this?
00:57:46As you can see
00:57:47A fisherman
00:57:48You can call me Magnus
00:57:49A fisherman?
00:57:50Father, you risked your life
00:57:52Bringing us into the storm
00:57:53For this fisherman?
00:57:54Quiet
00:57:54I have an announcement
00:57:57From this day forward
00:57:59Magnus is going to be Adriana's husband
00:58:02Father
00:58:02What are you saying?
00:58:04You want me to marry a fisherman
00:58:05I've never even met?
00:58:06She's right
00:58:07This is crazy
00:58:08Besides, Adriana's already dating
00:58:10Sebastian Haverworth
00:58:17This isn't up for discussion
00:58:19If you want to inherit my estate and title
00:58:21You'll do as I say
00:58:23Father, please don't do this
00:58:27Fine
00:58:27I'll marry him
00:58:37The man before you commands the entire sea
00:58:40If you can't earn his heart within the next three years
00:58:43Our family and its legacy will not survive
00:58:45I don't know what you did to convince my father to trust you
00:58:48But I'm telling you now it won't work on me
00:58:50This marriage is a formality nothing more
00:58:52I will never love you
00:58:59Perhaps in three years
00:59:00It'll change your mind
00:59:05Sure, he might be Adriana's husband
00:59:07But everyone knows it's only on paper
00:59:09She won't even look at him
00:59:11So true
00:59:12Three years and all the man's done is mop decks and catch minnows
00:59:15He's basically a glory deckhand
00:59:20Magnus, don't think you can just slack off
00:59:22We've got a route to plan
00:59:23Go count the cargo hold
00:59:25Come on, lads
00:59:26That beer's not going to drink itself
00:59:28Yeah!
00:59:31Ha ha ha ha
00:59:32One of Ashford's finest
00:59:34Take her down
00:59:35And we'll have enough coin for booze and women for months
00:59:39Sharpen up, boys
00:59:50You have three seconds to leave these waters
00:59:53Or suffer the consequences
00:59:56What suicidal scullyhead dares stand between me and my fortune?
01:00:01Do you wish for death?
01:00:06Three
01:00:08Two
01:00:09You asked for this
01:00:12One
01:00:13Fuck you
01:00:14Fire!
01:00:15Blow that idiot to smithereens!
01:00:31Full sail!
01:00:33Ram that bastard!
01:00:49A monster!
01:00:51It's a kraken!
01:00:52Run!
01:00:53Retreat!
01:01:02Magnus!
01:01:03Keep it down out here
01:01:04We're trying to play cards
01:01:11For three years
01:01:12I've protected this family in secret
01:01:15I've turned storms away from their fleet
01:01:18Kept sea beasts out of their path
01:01:21I promise you
01:01:22The Ashford family's ships will sail to every continent on Earth
01:01:26Only three days left
01:01:28Three more days
01:01:29And then my duty here is done
01:01:38Magnus
01:01:39Lady Adriana collapsed
01:01:41It's her anemia
01:01:42You need to go
01:01:43Now
01:01:44Y'all
01:01:46year
01:01:46Fast
01:01:46I'm
01:01:47You
01:01:47Want to go
