00:00Hello everyone, I'm Susie Fowler-Watt, presenter of BBC Look East, and I've been sitting on this sofa, or a
00:07version of it, for nearly 30 years now, presenting the programme.
00:11I've been at the BBC for 35, but I have some news. I am leaving the BBC because I want
00:18to concentrate on my new career as a psychotherapist.
00:21I went and trained when I was 50, six years ago, and I am now really keen to invest in
00:27that new chapter in my life.
00:30But oh my goodness, what a joy this job has been, what a privilege it has been. I have loved
00:36it, I have worked with such wonderful people, and met so many wonderful people in my career.
00:42So I want to say thank you all for watching, and I will be here for another eight weeks or
00:48so, and I will say a proper goodbye when I go just before Christmas.
