00:11by former policeman Rodolfo Gracioso Jr. In his eight-page affidavit, Gracioso claimed he had
00:16delivered massive amounts of cash in suitcases to Sarah Duterte when she was still mayor of Davao
00:22City. He also claimed allegedly delivering money to Representative Duterte. Representative Duterte
00:28filed the complaint with the Davao City Prosecutor's Office on Friday, October 23.
00:33Named the complaint are NBI Director Melvin Matibag, Gracioso, GMA Chairman Felipe Gozon,
00:38President Gilberto Duavit Jr., several network anchors, a reporter, and production staff.
00:45GMA Network says it has yet to receive a copy of the complaint. The legal action is still at the
00:51complaint level, where prosecutors will assess if the complaint has sufficient evidence.
00:55In September, Sarah Duterte said, quote,
