00:00Last six months there's been a lot of talk and that's all it's been is talk.
00:08Tonight's the night we find out two of the greatest tag teams in the history of our business
00:14vying for the ring of honor world tag team championships and if i were to tell you that
00:18doesn't give me goosebumps man if i were to tell you that doesn't give me a little bit of anxiety
00:21i'd be lying to you briscoes tonight's the night maybe we've been labeled hard to deal with at

01:33defended here tonight because the top guys dax in front cash in the back
01:43they are challenging for the first time for the ring of honor world tag team titles they were called
01:49triple crown champions at wwe raw smackdown nxt they've won the aew world tag team titles they are
01:56the reigning triple a tag team champions but the one piece of the puzzle and they're quickly rapidly
02:04approaching almost call of fame status career or the ring of honor world tag team but you know what
02:10the same thing could be said about the briscoes all these title reigns that ftr has for the
02:16briscoes have the same type of title reign all over the world and that's what makes this match so
02:22intriguing to me it's almost like each team believes the other is not the genuine article is not
02:27authentic fpr has made the claim that these men the 12th time ring of honor champions haven't been
02:33outside their comfort zone when they've been iwgp tag team champions when they've held titles in gcw
02:39at house of glory meanwhile briscoe said that the ftr is a manufactured product when they went down
02:45mexico and held the tag team title it's a triple a when they won the aew world tag team titles
02:50this is
02:52a battle for authenticity this is a battle to find out who's the realest this is a battle to find
02:59out
02:59who's the very best tag team in the world and we are going to find that out here tonight in
03:04the rig

04:54somebody send me some popcorn from the back i i want some popcorn some bonbons and a coca-cola
05:00right now that's what i want paul turner you're official for this tag team mount
05:06oh
05:09beat
05:16when you see mark on the left jay on the right with the dreadlocks
05:20it is harwood on our left and wheeler on our right
05:28not adhering to the code of honor this is their ring of honor debut here tonight
05:32no mistaking in the font on the back of fcr's pants the old ring of honor logo
05:36it's an old school style man i respect these guys a lot but i also respect the briscoe's
05:42bell rings we're going to start things off here with wheeler
05:46and mark briscoe
05:49it's going to be interesting because we're going to see who can resist the urge we saw them lock
05:55horns who's going to stay calm and cool i think if fcr can slow it down
05:59can bring the match to them and keep it on the map i think that's the advantage ftr has man
06:04when
06:04i look at them they look at a fusion between the brain buses and the midnight express you know and
06:29you can feel that i got i got yeah i got goosebumps man whoa my god
06:37harwood pumped up we're going to see who can manage their adrenaline who can manage their breathing
06:43their heart rate and we lock up and the thunderous applause for the lock up here in the street tag
06:49team
06:49about sent the marine in first we're sending him mark man jay's watching the game plan wants to see
06:56he's going to see what ftr is starting with this slot here it was ftr the night the briscoe's won
07:03their 12th title at final battle attacking shocking the wrestling world as we see an inside
07:09takedown by mark briscoe into a side headlock here what's all i like about the briscoe's man
07:14these guys are in your face straight punches straight in the mouth but they can also wrestle
07:17very well well if anybody's surprised about the wrestling why there's no fists why there's no
07:23punches both of these teams know that they'd be playing into fear they'd be playing into their
07:27opponent's hands their opponents already for the strikes the punches the kicks it's almost like who's
07:32gonna lose the cool first off the ropes through the legs look at that catch wheeler beautiful fireman's
07:42carry takeover that's old school right there rickabani
07:49putting pressure on the shoulder and the arm it is wheeler in control at the moment into the corner
07:54i like the way will is able to take these technical offices stay with them there you go
08:01that's the right wow mongolian thrust right under the jaw
08:07that redneck kung fu dropped toehold front face lock here and he's trying to slow wheeler down i think
08:14it's going to be the name of the game as the pace picks up whoever can get ahead of the
08:19pace and in
08:19control will get the advantage and into the corner for the first time we're seeing jay frisco
08:31fans i've missed this i'm going to say right now i love it he's taking it in man
08:37still waiting on my bomb bomb we see wheeler
08:44and these are the two man these are the two that were throwing those verbal bombs
08:49night after night week after week for four months and the time for put up or shut up is right
08:55now
09:07and they want to see who the best tag team is they want to see who the best tag team
09:13wrestling champions are emphasis on wrestling great
09:16calling elbow type there that's mean right there
09:23they're a long time frisco's fan you know what they could do inside the ring if you're an aw fan
09:28joining us you know you've seen dax harwood he's turned the lock up into an arc
09:39damn boy step back
09:42countable tie up here side headlock
09:46takes him over looking for the head scissor but he clamps it on he refuses that head scissor right there
09:53he's wrenching it in but jay frisco that's the thing with that heads that head lock man the
09:58harder you wrench it in the more you get that leverage for that head scissor
10:03you see holwood trying to head stand out of it jay trying to block it
10:14that is not honorable wow you talk about ring of honor did he just spit in jay yeah
10:22not only is that not honorable you got you have to be an absolute lunatic okay so when he steps
10:28back
10:28inside that ring they're gonna change the game well we talked about it though it's about who can make
10:34who lose their cool first that's a great point it's about who can get the adrenaline of the other
10:40side and the heart pumping so much that they they lose focus they lose any idea what they're doing
10:45yeah he would have gotten me i i applaud jay brisco for keeping his cool here off the road shoulder
10:50tackle
10:51sends hardwood down shoulder tackle again and now jay brisco on the offensive drop down doesn't
10:56catch him connects with a forearm dog off the jaw how do you anticipate something like that i'm very impressed
11:08oh
11:08oh and harwood now european uppercut oh wow
11:15off the ropes jay brisco follows him in hurricane rana
11:19big top kick goes all the way upstairs
11:24close line to turn one over
11:28there you go that's what happens you maintain cool i would say right now the briscoes are
11:34maintaining the cool they're staying with the wrestling game plan they have not been thrown off
11:39very impressed by the briscoes right now
11:49and harwood going right back into it but jay brisco now
11:53doesn't even let him think about getting into the ring
11:55it's frustration setting in on willer
12:00and harwood
12:02taking a breather here again it's about controlling your breath yeah it's gonna be who can can get the
12:07the other team off their game first he won't even let hardwood in see that's frustration
12:11on that and that wow what a catch what a catch but i'm sorry my bad
12:18and that's a page out of mark briscoe's playbook to get the distractions going
12:22and jay briscoe you just handed a chair to a wild man would that be paul turner
12:30some nice catch man i ain't gonna let that pass up come on man
12:37oh look at that harwood coming with the forearm there back inside the ring makes the tag wheeler
12:42back in tag team combination you talked about the blend of the midnight express the brain busters
12:48fans who are seeing them for the first time in the ring they're in for a treat there tag team
12:52persis and personified this might be the cutoff they need
12:57jay briscoe trying to fight out of trouble fight out of the wrong part of town
13:03going corner to corner here
13:06will it definitely in control here
13:09average whip in pulls him in back elbow goes for the clothesline nothing home thrust kick to the
13:15midsection into the ropes big back elbow right at the butt of the jaw
13:22sending willer right into the corner of the briscoes now this is where the briscoes cut off a ring like
13:29no one else they can use 75 of that ring by cutting off the opponent
13:36mark briscoe those massive hands
13:40the sussex county chicken
13:44from face lock here there's nobody that's able to cut off the ring like the briscoes
13:49and every move they they connect with is deliberate to do that and that pin a heat check making making
13:56wheeler kick out making him use body weight and the way that briscoes communicate man i've been in the ring
14:02with
14:02these guys so many times they don't even speak english it's like grunts they make at each other
14:07look at wheeler trying to fight his way to harwood but it's mark briscoe who sends him back down to
14:12the middle rope
14:15oh
14:16wheeler not even able to capitalize on that he's still not in that control to make the tag now he's
14:22in control
14:24tag made and it's harwood in
14:26shots to the head and double teams here and they got five seconds they're making the most of it here
14:34it's a hard and tag team wrestler man and both of these guys both of these teams have mastered this
14:39hard
14:41snap two puts hardwood now on the offensive first time in there with mark briscoe lateral press cover
14:51very smart aggression that's smart aggression both these teams have picked their spots so well
14:59and paul turner oh asking for some space and i would not want to get into a battle of chops
15:08with mark briscoe jacks man
15:12wow
15:18look at the smile that smile right there was like okay i respect you that was a respect smile right
15:25there he knows he's in a fight he knows he's able to back up every bit of that trash talking
15:29markings that he's been doing that's him realizing that
15:34so now he has to pick himself up
15:38yeah he can't do you can't strike back and forth with a briscoe man
15:42runs across the chest
15:47i knew it straight right yeah i knew it i saw when he closed his fist man
15:55he didn't have to think about that for more than two seconds yeah tag made
15:59might have jammed his finger there ftr back in control here
16:11off the ropes drop down tag made
16:14kick to the midsection j briscoe and briscoe take advantage of their five seconds
16:21just gonna put you right back in the corner cut it right back off
16:28and going to work sandy fork style on wheeler
16:36tag made and the briscoe's like you said communicating grunts and groans that brotherly
16:42communication it's almost like they speak a different language that you can't even interpret they they
16:47understand it then wow wow that was a moment of clarity right there with the head yeah they
16:59start to see the light wow j briscoe and now hardwood out of the way collapse wheeler
17:08and now both the ftr to the outside it's j briscoe
17:12get them all takes out both ftrs i'm telling you the best tag team on the planet
17:25hey and mark briscoe wow
17:33delivering the elbows cactus style deep in the heart of texas wheeler down to the outside his head
17:39smashing into the trash can double teaming hardwood
17:47heard mark briscoe say back in this back in this oh and wheeler back in
17:58the outside and i think this is the the battle the war of the fisticuffs that the fans were
18:04anticipating absolutely the referee is not counting right now he wants both teams on the inside
18:09and wheeler smartly getting j briscoe away from harwood oh and what is this did they have
18:16that cable
18:20traps underneath the table oh my goodness smashing his head
18:28into that table
18:31we're going to take another look here i really almost don't want to under the table there's joints
18:37that locked the table in place
18:41and surface area pressure those pressure points those small joints on the table those screws those
18:47nuts those bolts were driven into the head of j briscoe he could have busted him open
18:54wheeler back into the ring the ring of honor tag team championships do not change hands oh and he
19:01did look at the yeah yeah and mark is still on the other side of the barricade now he's back
19:07in
19:07tag made in harwood harwood smells blood in the water quite literally bringing j briscoe in
19:15harwood connects
19:18oh and then looking looking for that wounded goodness that exposed wound
19:25and then hitting him so hard that he has hurt his own hand now covered in blood
19:33and then grabbing just fish hooking the inside of j briscoe's mouth
19:44wow and the blood splattering across the post and the turnbuckles here
19:54ftr knows they're in control now and then trapping briscoe by the dreadlocks into the snap there
20:03putting the pressure on here that rear chin lock is all he needs to force that blood he's going to
20:07make him bleed a little more that blood's gonna go inside his eye to blind briscoe it's also taking the
20:13oxygen away the more blood you lose the more confusion goes to the head he knows exactly
20:17what he's doing that's why briscoe is in desperation mode trying to get out of that
20:23connects across the jaw does create separation but harwood covered in the blood of j briscoe
20:29continues the attack
20:35ooh places briscoe on the top rope open hand there and another
20:45wow
20:48harwood second rope on the inside here jay in a lot of trouble jay fighting into a neutral position
20:54wow headbutt sends harwood down jay briscoe going to the top trying to make the most of it but it's
21:00harwood right back right back to the legs of briscoe taking them right out from underneath i'll tell you
21:04what harwood is playing a smart game man and they're sticking to it they're right in the face the whole
21:09time of the briscoes these are two championship caliber teams and they both deserve to be champions
21:15no doubt about it superplex coming up harwood wow
21:21play up jay briscoe both guys take high impacts off of that
21:28reala had to know hardwood had to know that he had to do that to even up the slate knowing
21:34that he
21:34could make a tag as we look at the replay wheeler here sliding in yeah that sliding was to cut
21:40off the
21:41ring great diversion also making sure mark briscoe could not come in that jay briscoe could not make
21:49the tag now he has now he has his back to mark what he wants oh look at the blood
21:55just just pouring
21:56out of the forehead oh come on a defenseless jay briscoe how many times have we ever said that
22:12we are tag team wrestling can't deny that
22:20tag made harwood coming back in
22:35the crowd still split because they know if jay is moving he is still in this fight they're trying to
22:41fight out of the corner look at wheeler smart move to keep jay briscoe but he's but jay briscoe is
22:47swinging he is swinging at anything that's moving right now shoulder tackle looking for the tag here
22:53they're gonna make the tag rolls through and mark briscoe makes the tag
22:58it comes the sussex county chicken the master of redneck kung fu
23:10swing and a miss mark briscoe breaks the grip wow pebble wear a kick that's the opening mark knees right
23:18there it's two against one right there it's two against one right now though irish whip into the
23:23ftr's corner wow harwood eats an elbow
23:28mark briscoe catches harwood uranagi uranagi plants harwood mark's on fire
23:35mark realizes he's by himself but he's had time to recover
23:41charging in hose line purges him on top oh wow
23:50and iconoclasm hooks the leg one two and just the two there that was a nice cover right there
23:57he had everything he needed nothing wrong with that cover hardwood just has a lot of heart man
24:04hardwood is built like a tank built for performance as is mark briscoe fireman's carry position
24:11but mark's staying with it man move after move you see the blind tag certainly did straight right
24:17staggers mark briscoe oh and he comes that pile driver he's trying they were looking for that spike
24:22pile driver sends him in oh harwood into the post jay briscoe got him he got wheeler now wheeler in
24:30a double red neck boogie that's it that's it that's him so close
24:48redneck boogie gets two has them back in control though that's all they needed if you look at jay's
24:57face you know the fight that is going on inside of this ring this is a fight for their life
25:01this is
25:02the fight for dignity it's a fight for pride both of these guys believe they are the best tag team
25:07in the world and this winner of this match is going to prove it second rope on the inside for
25:13both
25:13briscoe's wheeler in a bad way he is fighting for his life now oh mark briscoe wheeler gets out of
25:19the way
25:19it's wheeler
25:22tag made
25:26oh oh
25:27oh
25:31oh
25:32wow big splash
25:35one two
25:38goodness
25:39goodness
25:43they are standing on their feet rick of body take a look at the replay wheeler
25:50hits jay briscoe to harwood harwood springboard power bomb big splash harwood cover one two and it
25:59doesn't get any closer than that
26:07feels so good to hear those letters again as harwood in there with jay briscoe off the rope
26:13looking for the big rig and it's mark getting wheeler out of the way jay briscoe inside cradle
26:18it's a cradle one two oh just the two count there mark in place the block just in case that's
26:24the
26:24right
26:33wow just the two can you imagine getting beat by your own finisher move
26:40and wheeler
26:41clearing the deck by mark briscoe right to the back of the head to the pituitary gland
26:45tries for the right it's wheeler sending mark briscoe into the apron
26:52and wheeler
26:54my goodness jay briscoe on the outside with wheeler now firing his carry position
27:00oh my god smacoli driver on the outside
27:08hardwood in the middle of the rain which means he is in control of what happens if jay steps in
27:14kick to the midsection harwood here front face lock
27:20jockeying for position on the apron the top rope is the fulcrum
27:39the replay tells the story of two men flesh bone blood sinew tendons crashing
27:50on to this this two three-inch matt doc samson out right now
27:56docs out life and limb on the line that's what this means to these guys they are putting life at
28:03risk they're putting everything at it that was a long fall to the floor unforgiving floor
28:10i don't want the next step referee paul turner it's ultimately his description you see the
28:16head i can still go and and that was the doctor asking him if he could feel his arm if
28:21he could
28:21feel his leg and he answered i can still go yeah yeah i want i want to wrestle this match
28:26that's what
28:27he answered so he didn't say yes right right he didn't say yes i feel he said yes i can
28:32still go
28:33and as you see the head of mark frisco now open
28:38the fans rallying both the friscos and ftr back to their feet
28:48the 20 count being administered here
28:54this goes into the ring first the champions make their way to the feet ftr wheeler trying to get
29:00harwood inside the ring he does the count is broken
29:06and wheeler maybe trying to position harwood
29:09so that he can make a tag become the legal man here well both teams are trying to unify each
29:14other
29:15trying to find out where each other is it's a lot that's happened in a short amount of time
29:19they are both regrouping
29:23these guys are super athletes but they're also human beings
29:27all four men back to their feet however unlikely that sounded just one minute ago
29:48and as the forearms are delivered no clear advantage yet for fdr or the briscoes
29:54wheeler charging in mark briscoe lays him over the top
29:57hardwood who to the face hardwood by itself in there with both briscoes
30:05mark briscoe to the top and and briscoe trying to shoot away wheeler
30:09oh my goodness corp screw onto wheeler
30:14that's a changing game plan right there
30:17mark briscoe was waiting he was waiting for hardwood to get to his feet
30:22he saw wheeler on the outside and made the call because he knows jay is still on the inside
30:28that's how much he trusts his brother
30:31and these two men who have been firing live rounds live verbal rounds
30:37for the greater part of the last nearly four months it all comes down to this
30:53spaghetti legs
30:54hardwood connects into the jaw jay briscoe returns fire
31:00oh my god these punches the fan is going home with a tooth tonight man
31:05as both men struggle to make it to their knees just crumbling
31:09crumbling to the ground with each flow but neither man willing to see it an inch
31:17you can see by the stance that neither guy's legs are under them
31:27both men trying as the pace intensifies to get the upper hand
31:43he's in place
31:46he's in place he certainly is mark briscoe to the top
31:49strongy bow
31:52hook the leg to the end
31:55my goodness
32:00the resilience of dax harwood at this point
32:04the resilience of everybody inside of this match
32:11paul turner has done a magnificent job keeping control of this match letting these competitors
32:18fight let them settle this score in this championship encounter the blood pouring down the nose the eyes of mark
32:26briscoe
32:28mark briscoe he's signaling i believe he's calling looking for the doomsday device tag made at this point
32:34it doesn't even matter who wins this match the fans won this match the people that bought the pay-per
32:39-view they winning
32:43jay briscoe has harwood on his shoulders it's wheeler
32:48big top chops wheelers down on the apron hardwood out of the way who connects on jay brisco connects on
32:54his own brother
32:55jay briscoe out that's it
32:57oh my goodness
32:58the winners of this match and new ring of honor world tag team champions
33:22f-t-r
33:31unbelievable
33:33a match that lived up to every expectation and then some here it is big rig
33:41planting a picture perfect sometimes you only need one shot yeah and it needs to be a direct hit when
33:46you get the opportunity they need to seize it they did carrie silken inside the ring a hall of famer
33:52raising the hands of wheeler and harwood
33:57and there you see it yeah that's the font and they they defeated two hall of
34:01here tonight they defeated jay mark briscoe and i i hope this isn't over for
34:06this match could have went either way definitely could have went either way i believe respect was
34:10earned by both teams let's see if the code of honor plays out there's no way you can fight and
34:16go this
34:17bar without any respect of your opponents it's not possible authenticity was brought into question
