00:00So what I'm saying as Prime Minister is we need to be honest about how life has changed
00:04in the 10 years since Brexit. The economy is weaker, our control of immigration is weaker
00:10and we need to have an honest discussion about that and take steps back to get a more functional
00:17relationship again. We have an EU-UK summit looming on the 20th of November. I want to use
00:23that opportunity to get a practical deal in place to support our farmers, our food manufacturers
00:29but also to increase collaboration on immigration because we lost that and we need to get it
00:36back. So I'm talking about practical steps to deal with the things that matter to people
00:41and I will never move ahead of the British public when it comes to Brexit.
