06:54Curses are

07:04There's two types of curses
07:05Generational curses
07:07And
07:09Behavioral curses
07:13Generational curses
07:15And behavioral curses
07:16Generational curses
07:19Are
07:19Like a scene out of Fright Night
07:22They are absolutely horrible
07:25And
07:26You
07:27Did nothing
07:28To cause it
07:30Generational curses
07:32Are families
07:34That have been cursed
07:36By people
07:37Up
07:38The family tree
07:41Grandparents
07:42Great grandparents
07:42And so on
07:44Who
07:45Lived in horrible sin
07:47And brought in
07:49Curses
07:49Into the family tree
07:50And then once
07:51Curses come into
07:53The family tree
07:55Carried by demons
07:56They go down the tree
07:58They don't hop to
07:59Other families
08:00Once they get in your family
08:02They stay in your family
08:03They go down the tree
08:05Picking off your children
08:08Usually one at a time
08:11Those are generational curses
08:12That you had nothing to do with

13:45I hate to oversimplify it like that.
13:48Sorry about that, but that's the system.
13:52That's how it works.
13:55Even an entire nation can be cursed by behavioral sin,
14:02virile sin.
14:04Matthew 27, you remember Jesus was being cursed
14:10and tried and sentenced with Pilate
14:15and the Jews who had welcomed him in just a few days earlier,
14:20his triumphal entry into Jerusalem.
14:24Blessed is he that comes in the name of the Lord.
14:27Remember that?
14:28Well, people are fickle, as you well know,
14:32and people change sometimes for the worse
14:37and change very quickly.
14:39Well, in Matthew 27, you saw it clearly.
14:45Something horrible happened.
14:48Pilate said to the Jews and the scribes and Pharisees,
14:53look, this guy's innocent.
14:58I don't want to be a part of this.
15:00And he took out a basin and he washed his hands,
15:03you know, saying, hey, I'm wringing myself with this insanity.
15:07You do it.
15:09You do it.
15:10I don't want to be involved in it.
15:11And they said, hey, don't worry about it.
15:13Don't worry about it.
15:14We'll take your curse, the Jews said.
15:17And they said, quote,
15:18his blood be on us and on our children.
15:24Here you have a behavioral curse
15:26that ended up being a shocking international nightmare.
15:33The Jews have been a persecuted people
15:37since Satan dumped that curse on the nation of Israel.
15:44And if you look back through history,
15:48it couldn't be any clearer.
15:50The Romans destroyed Jerusalem in 70 A.D.
15:54A million Jews died.
15:58They regrouped 135 A.D.
16:02The Romans invaded again.
16:05And tens of thousands of Jews
16:08were butchered, murdered, and crucified.
16:12In the 1940s, Adolf Hitler murdered in cold blood
16:19six million Jews, gypsies, and disabled people.
16:26The following year, in the Fahoud insurrection,
16:31Iraq murdered tens of thousands of Jews.
16:35And you know what happened on October 7th?
16:391,100 Jews were killed.
16:42Almost 300 were taken hostage.
16:50Curses are extremely dangerous.
16:56And they're just, they're actually frightening.
17:03But curses can be broken off of you.
17:07The most common curse you will see in Christianity
17:12is the mother-father curse.
17:17And it's quite, it's quite frightening.
17:22Ephesians chapter 6 says,
17:24Honor your father and mother,
17:25which is the first commandment with a promise,
17:27so that it may be well with you,
17:29and so you may live long on the earth.
17:32People don't understand
17:35that your mother and father
17:38cannot be trashed,
17:40even when they are wrong.
17:45You say, Brother Mike,
17:47you don't understand.
17:48My dad was BTK.
17:52Do you remember BTK?
17:53From Wichita, Kansas?
17:56Yeah.
17:57Well, I lived in Wichita, Kansas.
17:59At the time, BTK was
18:02murdering women,
18:03and I was a city bus driver
18:08in Wichita.
18:11And in fact,
18:13I was there that day
18:15driving downtown
18:16for the transfers
18:19when the Holiday Inn
18:20sniper
18:21was shooting people.
18:23I was driving right into it.
18:27and
18:29some friends of mine
18:30had got on the bus
18:31while I was headed downtown
18:34that
18:35had been almost shot
18:37by the guy.
18:40Yeah, it's pretty crazy.
18:43I went to Emporia State University,
18:46but
18:47several years before I got there
18:49in the late 60s,
18:51some kid dropped out of school
18:53and went to New Orleans
18:54and became the New Orleans
18:57sniper.
18:58Do you remember him?
19:02Went to my college.
19:03So I've got some connections
19:05that people are not aware of,
19:08and some of them are not good.
19:11Okay.
19:12Well, BTK didn't get me,
19:16didn't get my wife.
19:18The Holiday Inn sniper
19:20didn't get me.
19:21God in His infinite mercy
19:22was saving me
19:26to bring me
19:27to the cross of Calvary
19:29decades later.
19:31So God has wonderful plans
19:33for you
19:33that you are not aware of
19:35that are following you
19:37that you don't understand
19:38are there,
19:39and I thank Him for it
19:40because
19:42it was a miracle
19:43I got born again
19:44and filled with the Spirit.
19:45It really was.
19:48I've been in a ministry
19:49ever since.
19:52Curses are real,
19:53friend,
19:54and
19:55if your mom and dad
19:57were horrible people
20:02and you dishonored them,
20:05boop,
20:06that curse fell right on you.
20:08And if you'll notice,
20:09if you'll look back
20:10on your life,
20:10you'll go,
20:10man,
20:11things have not gone
20:12too well for me.
20:15I get ahead
20:16and then I fall behind.
20:17I get two steps forward.
20:19I take one back.
20:21I start a business.
20:22It flops.
20:23I get hired.
20:24I get laid off.
20:27You notice this
20:28up and down
20:29yo-yo effect
20:30in your life.
20:32One thing I want you
20:33to understand
20:33and know
20:34that curses
20:35are like footprints.
20:38They leave a trail.
20:40Curses leave a trail.
20:42Well,
20:43how do you know
20:43a family's curse?
20:44Easy.
20:45Take a look
20:46at the family
20:47and look
20:48at the family tree.
20:49Okay?
20:50So,
20:51this family tree
20:52may be loaded
20:53with divorces.
20:54This one may be
20:55loaded with cancer.
20:59This family tree
21:00may be loaded
21:01with criminals,
21:04people in jail,
21:06people in prison.
21:07What I'm trying
21:08to say is that
21:09when a curse
21:10hits a family,
21:12you'll see a pattern
21:13in that family.
21:15And that's how
21:16you know that
21:17demons,
21:18fowls of the air,
21:20demons had brought
21:21curses into that family.
21:23Somebody up
21:23the family tree
21:25was sinning
21:26horribly
21:27and brought in
21:30curse.
21:31and that curse
21:33then went down
21:33the tree.
21:34You'll notice
21:34a similar pattern
21:37of everybody
21:38in the family
21:39has got diabetes.
21:40Everybody's got
21:41mental illness.
21:43Everybody's got,
21:45you notice this pattern
21:46and you can look
21:47up the tree
21:47and see
21:49lots of suicides
21:51in this family tree.
21:52You'll see a pattern
21:54of curses.
21:54They leave
21:55pattern like footprints.
21:57You can track
21:58them like that.

22:01now if you,
22:03if you may sense
22:04you have a curse,
22:05we've got some
22:06great news for you
22:07today.

22:17made Christ
22:19to be
22:20sin for us
22:22who knew
22:23who knew

22:24might be
22:25the righteousness
22:26of God
22:27in Christ.
22:31In Galatians
22:32chapter 3,
22:33it says
22:33Christ has
22:34redeemed us
22:35from the curse
22:36of the law
22:38being made
22:39a curse
22:40for us.
22:42what's
22:43happening
22:43here?
22:44Jesus
22:44was
22:44made
22:44sin
22:45for
22:45us.

22:49Jesus

22:50for the
22:50sin
22:51of the
22:51whole
22:51world,
22:52the

23:01single one
23:02of those
23:02people,
23:03Jesus

23:09the catch.

23:12thinking,
23:12there's
23:12always a
23:13catch.
23:13Well,
23:13sometimes
23:14there is.
23:19In
23:19order for
23:21Christ,
23:22who has
23:22made sin
23:23for you,
23:24to do you
23:24any good
23:25whatsoever,
23:26you must
23:26apply it
23:27to your
23:27life.
23:30The only
23:30way that
23:32Christ
23:32became a
23:33curse from
23:34you will
23:35benefit you
23:35at all,
23:36is if you
23:37apply it
23:38to your
23:38life.
23:40you have
23:41to do
23:41it.
23:42You're
23:43not
23:43automatically
23:44forgiven
23:44of your
23:45sins,
23:45and your
23:46curses are
23:47not
23:47automatically
23:48lifted
23:49off of
23:49you.
23:50Do you
23:51have a
23:51curse?
23:53If you
23:53do,
23:54you can
23:54see it.
23:56They're
23:57usually
23:57clear.
23:59It's a
23:59pattern of
24:02demonic
24:02intervention
24:03in your
24:04family tree
24:05or in
24:06your life.
24:07If your
24:08family tree
24:08did not
24:09was not
24:10cursed
24:11like the
24:12nation of
24:12Israel,
24:15they brought
24:16the curse
24:16on themselves
24:17and that
24:18curse will
24:18not be
24:18lifted until
24:19the second
24:20coming of
24:20Christ.

24:30numbers of
24:30Jews yet
24:31to be
24:31murdered
24:33because of
24:34this horrible
24:34curse on
24:35the nation

24:42the second
24:43coming.

24:45spiritually,
24:46so to
24:46speak,

24:50born-again

24:52you already
24:52have the
24:52Holy Ghost.
24:54So the
24:55Bible says,
24:55as you know,
24:56in Corinthians,
24:57it says,
24:57if you
24:58confess your
24:58sins,
24:59he is
25:00faithful and
25:00just to
25:01forgive you
25:01of your
25:01sins and
25:02to cleanse
25:02you from
25:04all
25:04unrighteousness.
25:05But it
25:06says,
25:06if we
25:07confess,
25:09okay,
25:09you don't
25:09automatically
25:10get your
25:11curses
25:11removed
25:13unless you
25:13apply the
25:16benefits of
25:16Christ being
25:18made a
25:18curse for
25:18you.
25:19You can
25:20do that
25:20by confessing
25:23your sin
25:24that caused
25:24the curse,
25:25your family
25:26sins that
25:27caused the
25:27family curse,
25:28whatever it
25:28is.
25:29You go to
25:30God and
25:30you apologize
25:31and you
25:32confess it
25:33to him.
25:34And the
25:34Holy Spirit
25:35will,
25:35in fact,
25:37hear you
25:38and we
25:40can break
25:40that curse
25:41off your
25:42life.

25:45break that
25:45curse off
25:46your life.
