00:00I think it's massive for England, for our country.
00:03Being here in London was a good omen for me.
00:06It's been too long. We have so many incredible English players.
00:11Me growing up watching the greats, for none of those guys to be able to win this award is obviously
00:17a shame.
00:18So to put us back on the map and put us here with this trophy, I'm extremely proud.
00:23Playing for England is my biggest honour, the thing I love to do the most.
00:26So to represent my country in this way is truly amazing.
00:30I speak a lot about my team, my teammates, because they allow me to be the player that I am.
00:36I'm lucky and blessed to be surrounded by incredible players, incredible people, both with the national team and with Bayern
00:42Munich.
00:43You know, when you have players like Michael around you, Lucho, and these guys, Bacayo, who's here tonight,
00:50and Jude and all the top, top players assisting me and putting me in positions and dragging defenders away,
00:58they obviously allow me to then express myself with goals, with assists.
01:03And, you know, as much as, yeah, this is an individual award, I give thanks to them,
01:08because it wouldn't be possible without any of them, and, you know, that's what makes the team,
01:13and hopefully I can share this trophy with them and have a good celebration at some point.
