00:00I'm sure there'll be fans here to say,
00:01Mets got to upgrade a catcher.
00:02Okay.
00:03If they decide to do that,
00:07who is at the top of your list?
00:09Ryan Jeffers.
00:10Yes.
00:11And Jeffers, the big thing about him is,
00:13you look at his status, 14 home runs, 56 RBIs,
00:17256 average, 353 on base, 461 slug,
00:20batted roughly 30% above Lee Gattridge as a hitter,
00:23and a 2.6 war.
00:24Not a defensive dynamo like Terrence,
00:27but a plus defensive and offensive player to the point that,
00:30you know, he was, you know,
00:31pushing north of three war on the most valuable season he had his career.
00:35What's the problem with Ryan Jeffers?
00:36So, so glad you asked X it's health,
00:38it's availability and that's a problem, right?
00:41You know, so is Jeffers enough to justify partying ways with Alvarez could be,
00:46I think what's going to come down to with him.
00:49It's whether the Mets are looking at him or anybody else,
00:52how much do you trust his lack of availability?
00:54And somebody might say, well,
00:55hey, Francisco Alvarez hasn't been that available.
