00:48Meanwhile, voter turnout in the election has reached a high level of 74 percent, according to Israel's Central Elections Committee.
00:56The country's main pollster projected Eisenkotsuya Shah block to win between 52 and 54 seats, and Netanyahu's block to win
01:06around 50, although his Likud would be the largest single party in the parliament, with 24 or 25 seats.
01:13This is Israel's first election since Hamas' 7th of October 2023 attacks, and is widely seen as a referendum on

01:31Finnish President Alexander Stoub and Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas-Gard Stöter held a call on Tuesday with Russian President Vladimir
01:40Putin,
01:40signalling Europe's increasing willingness to engage directly with Moscow to end the war in Ukraine.
01:46The two leaders urged Putin to end the full-scale invasion and engage in meaningful negotiations to reach a stable,
01:54peaceful settlement.
01:56Ending the war requires direct discussion, Stoub said in a readout.
02:00In the call, we stressed the importance of de-escalation, Stöter said.
02:04According to the Kremlin, Putin told Stoub and Stöter that achieving a just long-term peace is only possible with
02:12full and unconditional consideration of the legitimate interests of the Russian Federation,
02:17a wording that suggests maximalist demands.
02:21The call was made at the initiative of the two Nordic leaders.
02:25Afterwards, they exchanged with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
02:28The conversation was framed as a follow-up to the last round of peace talks in Oslo, which Stoub and
02:35Stöter jointly organized.
02:43A bilateral meeting between Poland's Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister and the UK's Defence Secretary took place in Warsaw
02:51on Tuesday.
02:52The three-year plan signed by the two countries is the result of the Polish-British treaty adopted a few
02:58months ago.
02:59According to Warsaw, the main areas of cooperation between Poland and the United Kingdom will include
03:05new technologies, artificial intelligence, drones, anti-drone systems, modern deterrence measures,
03:12as well as traditional exercises to build capabilities and cooperation in different conditions.
03:17The more ready we are to face against Russia, to defend every inch of NATO territory,
03:24the less likely we are to find ourselves in that scenario.
03:28And that's why today is so important.
03:31So I'm looking forward to deepening those ties of friendship, of military cooperation, of defence-industrial partnership.
03:40The ministers insisted there is full unity and coordination between their countries when it comes to supporting Ukraine.
03:47The British Defence Secretary also referred to the hybrid attacks carried out by Russia against Poland,
03:53which he explicitly described as terrorism.
03:56The politicians also discussed relations with the United States.

04:49after police received reports of several suspicious vehicles in the area.

06:22his father,
06:23Jair Bolsonaro, and his attempts to overturn the results of the 2022 election.
