01:04binigyang diin niya ang kahalagahan ng internal stability at intra-ASEAN unity.
01:10ASEAN was founded on the belief that our strength lies in our diversity.
01:17We must therefore not allow our differences to divide us from within.

01:48But an agreement on the fundamentals is enough to support practical cooperation
01:52where our shared interests are overlapping and are clear.
01:56And that's the type of cooperation the Department of War
01:59will continue to pursue with our ASEAN partners.
