00:00Is it fixable? Is it scheme? Is it talent?
00:03What's wrong with the Ravens' defense right now, in your opinion?
00:06Well, I think that they have one of the best coaching staffs in the league.
00:12I really do feel that way.
00:13I love Jesse.
00:15I've been with Weave.
00:17Louis Pozzito, the D-line coach.
00:20I gold stamp all those guys.
00:22But I think they need to check that locker room.
00:27I mean, because this game always has been, always will be about the players.
00:33And my opinion, this is just my opinion,
00:36I don't think they're representing the Ravens of old.
00:39Watching the defense, there are players making business decisions,
00:43especially the so-called leaders of the team,
00:45and they need to dig deep and find out their true football character.
00:51In today's age, everybody wants to express themselves off the field instead of on it.
00:56And to me, that's a losing formula.
00:58And, you know, I also know firsthand how hard it is to, you know,
01:02to win a game there with a team built around tomorrow when he doesn't play.
01:06It's tough.
01:07But, you know, I don't think it's time for anybody in Baltimore to panic.
01:12You know, some of the best teams, you know,
01:15they're 4-3 or, you know, with Seattle and 3-4 with the Rams, if you will.
01:23But they definitely have to, you know, take a good look at themselves
01:27and make sure, you know, what happened in that game doesn't beat them in the next one.
01:31I don't know.
