00:19This comes after the coroner made a similar ruling after Panettiere's autopsy was completed last month.

00:28The hero's actress died as a result of a dangerous cocktail of fentanyl and four other drugs,
00:33the Greenville County coroner's office confirmed to Page Six.
00:374-ANPP is used illegally to manufacture fentanyl and related synthetic opioids.
00:42Alprazolome, brand name Xanax, is used to treat anxiety and panic disorders.
00:46Meanwhile, Methocarbamol is a prescription muscle relaxant.
00:50And Quetiapine, brand name Seroquel, is a prescription antipsychotic medication.
00:55The manner of Hayden's death has been ruled an accident.
00:57Her on-again, off-again boyfriend, Brian Hickerson, was at the scene on August 16th.
01:03Last month, we spoke with Hayden's former neighbor about their tumultuous relationship.
01:07Mia Terrazas, thank you so much for taking the time to speak with me today.
01:11I can only imagine all the things you're feeling and going through since Hayden Panettiere's sudden death over the weekend.
01:18I think your perspective is very important because you were her neighbor for a period of time, right?
01:24Yes.
01:25I would say for around four years.
01:27Four years.
01:28And this was in West Hollywood in Los Angeles.
01:30Correct.
01:31Yes.
01:31What kind of interactions?
01:33I mean, I know that you saw Brian quite a bit.
01:36Her on-again, off-again boyfriend through the years.
01:39I know you saw Brian there quite a bit.
01:42What kinds of things did you hear or see both in person and also just from how close your apartment
01:49was to hers?
01:51Well, you know, it was interesting because Hayden seemed like a different person when I would see her by herself
01:57versus seeing her with Brian.
01:59And it just felt like she was very subdued and, you know, quite a different person when she was with
02:06him.
02:08And I, as far as I know, he seemed to, like, moved in, you know, whenever she returned and he
02:15was living there the entire time.
02:17I don't believe he ever left, you know, as things were in the garage and things like that.
02:21But I would hear a couple times I saw them, you know, her leaving on a gurney.
02:27The fire department had come and it was pretty clear.
02:32And a couple months ago I heard them, I was coming down in the elevator and I heard, like, her
02:38screaming at him, like, just leave me alone, just stop.
02:42And I could hear, like, believe it or not, one apartment away, I could hear muffled arguments, you know, when
02:52you can tell somebody's arguing, just the tonality and I couldn't tell what they were saying.
02:58But you could tell clearly it was very hostile.
03:03And I would see her quite often just, you know, going to the trash or things of that nature and,
03:11you know, it looked like she would have a hard time getting around sometimes or, again, appeared to have injuries
03:18or things that don't normally happen to people frequently.
