00:00I feel like we're good. Unless he says something differently, unless he's like, whoa, she's different now. But I feel
00:06like we're good. Nothing's changed that much. I think that, you know, I'm just able to get the things I
00:13need to get done. And like, sometimes that involves him. I'm like, okay, like you said you wanted these cookies,
00:19like I'll go get them for you. And I'm not gonna forget and get hung up on the things that
00:23I want.
00:23Since you've gotten the diagnosis, what do you feel like the biggest difference in your everyday life has been? And
00:28like, since you began treatment with Calbri?
00:31I mean, like the clarity. Like, wow, it's amazing. I think it's cool to be able to finish a thought
00:39and like have a conversation and like start my thought and like finish it as well in one sentence, which
00:48is very foreign to me until recently.
00:50It's just everything just starts to make sense after a while. You know, it's like, okay, I am very special
00:56in a way where I think my ADHD helped me so much in my sport and like what I needed
01:00to do. I was very focused and like fixated on my sport, how to be better, how to be the
01:05best, what I needed to do to get there.
01:07But outside of it, I didn't put any like time or effort into me and myself, I wasn't able to
01:16just like, hang out with people like make plans, remember the plans I made. And I started organizing my room
01:25on a random Monday afternoon when I had a dinner at seven.
01:28I just felt like my life outside of the snow was such a mess. And I think now feeling like
01:36there's a bit more structure in my life and I'm able to finish things that I started and, you know,
01:43just like get a grip on all that I need to get done has been really incredible.
