00:00We should settle this today, Don.
00:02Name Nico the official candidate to succeed you and take charge of his training yourself.
00:07Nico's still so young.
00:09I've never pushed him to compete for anything.
00:11But if this is what the family decides, of course I'll respect it.
00:17Who says Nico's the only choice?
00:20What do you mean?
00:23This family needs someone who can truly protect it.
00:27Under long-standing Valenti rules, tomorrow we hold trials to choose candidates for the next Don.
00:35Every eligible member of the younger generation may take part.
00:40One more thing.
00:43Lily will compete too.
00:46What?
00:49But that child isn't a Valenti.
00:52Then Dante can adopt her.
00:54She saved Dante twice.
00:56She's more than earned the right to compete.
01:04If everyone has to prove their worth, I'm in favor.
01:10So am I.
01:18Goddamn old bastards, flipping just like that.
01:22Think you can take Nico's place?
01:24Not a chance.
01:26Not a chance.
