Wade, many women are still forced to travel across state lines to have a simple procedure due to the closing of abortion clinics that can't meet states' stringent rules. Lucia, Before and After follows a young woman who has traveled 200 miles for an abortion in Texas, only to find she needs to wait another state-mandated 24 hours before the procedure.
