00:06Today we dove headfirst into an entirely new culture.
00:10We were in San Juan, Puerto Rico, the capital of Puerto Rico.
00:13We walked through the tiny cobblestone streets of old San Juan.
00:17The buildings there are vibrant colors, European-looking almost.
00:22We learned so much history about San Juan, about Puerto Rico.
00:26At the very end of our walking excursion, we got to sit down
00:29and actually try the signature dish of Puerto Rico, mofongo.
00:33And we made it today!
00:35And they're like, alright everybody, let's make mofongo.
00:38The chef that came out to show us how to do it.

00:42He showed us the local rum of San Juan.
00:44He showed us the best food we've ever seen.
