1. Start by priming your eyelids 2. Apply shadow under the eye and pull into wing. 3. Lightly dust color up and over half the eyelid with brush. 4. Use a second layer of the same color to layer over half the eyelid. 5. Pat the second color onto the other half of the eyelid and pull into the inner corner of the eye. 6. Line the lash line and create a small wing. 7. Finish with Mascara!
