Ditch The Noir For Blue Mascara

1. Tight line eyes with navy pencil. 2. Apply a thick line to lash line and brush upward to slightly blend. 3. Apply navy shadow to entire lid on top of liner. 4. Use leftover shadow on the brush to line under the eye. 5. Apply blue mascara!
