1. Prime the lid. 2. Use an angled brush to draw liner from outer corner 3. Pull liner over to inner corner with pointed brush. 4. Repeat under eye. 5. Apply black eyeshadow to the top liner to set. 6. Curl lashes and apply mascara! MU tips: - Pointed q-tips & sharp pencil - Look straight into the mirror when you draw liner - Use concealer under eye to cover any fall out - Roll pencil in liquid to get more black for liner
