1. Using a pointed felt_tip eyeliner pen, draw a thick streak along the upper lash lines. 2. flick the line upward just past the outer corners and drag the pen inward across the crease. 3. Next, fill in the open square with pencil and top the wing off with matte gel eyeliner.
