1. Apply metallic green eyeshadow to the inner corner of the upper eyelid. 2. Apply purple metallic blue eyeshadow to the outer corner of the upper eyelid. 3. Layer metallic blue and dark green eyeshadow over the purple and green and blend with a clean brush. 4. Blend color upward towards the eyebrow and outward in a wing shape. 5. Apply green liquid liner to upper lash line. 6. Apply mascara. 7. Apply a dark neutral lipstick.
