00:00Do you have a health care plan or no?
00:02Well, luckily, I'm 24, so I am still on my parents.
00:05And that's it to see you.
00:08Even if you don't like a woman, you have to give credit to all the women that helped every single
00:13woman today get where they are.
00:14There are so many people like that.
00:16So even if you don't like somebody, but they came ahead of you and they did groundbreaking stuff, you kind
00:22of have to acknowledge that, you know?
00:24Like, Joan Rivers and I weren't friends, but she did definitely open so many doors for me.
00:30And for me to not acknowledge that is being an asshole.
00:32I'm looking back, reflectively going, I was so irresponsible with my fame.
00:37You just want to make a splash, and then all of a sudden the responsibility weighs in, and you go,
00:41what am I really doing here?
00:42They gave me a book deal.
00:43I come from the place where I'm like, how did any of this happen?
00:46So I always feel like I'm undeserving.
00:48And then I can turn on a dime and be a real bitch at the same time.
00:51So it's a lot for me to handle.
00:54I mean, if that's what they're like 50 or 100 years after, you know, real segregation has stopped, can you
01:01imagine what they were like when it wasn't?
01:03But what I find the most alarming is that the fact that he's allowed to tell me I'm cute is
01:07an indicator of the progression that they've made.
01:10I want to live in a place where a person of every color is able to hit on me.
01:14Do I really believe in God?
01:16And you know when you have those moments where you're desperate and you're feeling like life isn't going to happen
01:20the way you want it, and you think, how can I pray now after I've said this doesn't matter or
01:26this doesn't exist?
01:27For 20 years, how can I say I need you right now?
01:30Please don't let my mother die or my sister or my brother, whatever you're praying for.
01:34I think that's what's so interesting is that you can all of a sudden believe in that.
01:38When you think about the actual term public service, there are always people that represent that, but in many ways
01:45it feels like we've come so far away from that term.
01:48You know, and when you look at somebody like Donald Trump, how that represents the term public service, I think
01:53people forget that that's what politics is supposed to be.
01:56Don't put your head down.
01:57Put your head up and scream and yell, especially if you can help somebody else.
02:01You kind of have to take the piss out of it.
02:03You've got to be able to take some of the air out of it because it feels like everybody gets
02:07so tightly wound and so wrapped up, and you just want to say, everybody, don't take yourself so seriously.
02:12There are many serious issues, but in every way of life, we can't be so serious about everything because then
02:17we sometimes forget we're all like the happinesses.
