Paint a large 5-point star off the corner of each eye with a pointed-tip brush. Paint stars above and below eye, mirroring the shape of the eye, in descending sizes until you reach the middle of eye. NOTE: stay symmetrical throughout painting and don't get too close to the actual eye. Pain half moons on the inside corner of the eye. Paint large star on bridge of nose. Paint small star above upper lip. Blend with fingers.
