1. Apply nail tape to eyes 2. Apply Sephora Classic Line eyeliner feature 3. Apply blue loose pigment to under eye and silver loose pigment to inner eye corner 4. Remove nail tape 5. Apply MAC #1 lashes. LIZ'S PRO TIP: Try to get lashes close to lash line by lifting eyelid slightly. 6. LIZ's PRO TIP: Put black shadow over eyeliner to mattify liner. Also over eyelash glueline for matification. 7. Apply mascara 8. Apply lip color to finish the look
